挤压式装药液塑料瓶3上拧有瓶盖1，瓶盖1上固定有海绵擦头2，擦头罩4盖在海绵擦头2上。把外用止痒药液放入挤压式装药液塑料瓶3中，患有全身瘙痒的病人通过挤压挤压式装药液塑料瓶3药液经瓶盖1进入海绵擦头2中，再用海绵擦头2非常方便的涂抹瘙痒部位的皮肤，使用它操作省时省力涂药均匀止痒效果好；用药结束后把擦头罩4盖在海绵擦头2上即可。
