Abstract
本实用新型属于医疗康复器具。主要解决现有技术固定效果不好，造成颜面畸形，使用不便的问题。本实用新型采用四头带两侧对应的两根布带分别穿过弹力带两端反折固定形成的空隙。本实用新型固定效果好，避免骨折片移位，恢复并保持正常的咬合关系，提高了治愈率，明显降低颜面畸形的发生；弹力带的弹性回缩起到压迫止血作用，从而减少创口出血，保证肌体得到充分的血液供应；同时，扩大了四头带的使用范围，不仅用于下颌骨骨折的固定，还可用于颌面部外伤及腮腺、颌下腺肿瘤切除后压迫止血。操作简单，使用方便。

背景技术
目前医疗临床对颌面部损伤治疗后采用单纯绷带加压包扎，四头带只用于下颌骨骨折复位后的固定。由于头颅圆形，上述方式固定后易滑脱及渗血较多，影响固定效果，造成颜面畸形，且使用非常不方便。如，病人进食饮水，需要解下，结束后重新固定。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是改进现有技术缺陷，提供一种新型的弹力四头带，实现固定效果好，无颜面畸形发生，使用方便的目的。
本实用新型是在现有技术的基础上改进而成，其具体技术方案：四头带两侧对应的两根布带分别穿过弹力带两端反折固定形成的空隙。
本实用新型使用时，将弹力带置于头顶部，四头带置于颌下部，根据病人的头颅大小，调整松紧度，两端打结于耳后即可。
本实用新型的有益效果：固定效果好，避免骨折片移位，恢复并保持正常的咬合关系，提高了治愈率，明显降低颜面畸形的发生；弹力带的弹性回缩起到压迫止血作用，从而减少创口出血，保证肌体得到充分的血液供应，早日康复；同时，扩大了四头带的使用范围，不仅用于下颌骨骨折的固定，还可用于颌面部外伤及腮腺、颌下腺肿瘤切除后压迫止血。操作简单，使用方便。

具体实施方式：
如图所示，四头带2两侧对应的两根布带3分别穿过弹力带1两端反折固定形成的空隙。弹力带1宽5厘米，长19厘米，两端各反折2厘米缝合，形成孔；四头带2长15厘米，宽7厘米，两侧分别固定2条宽2厘米、长30厘米的布带。
