本实用新型涉及一种变壁铝质包装罐。
[背景技术]
铝质包装罐是一种广泛应用于各种行业的包装容器,如用于盛装食品、饮料、杀虫剂、清洁剂、固定发型的摩丝等。铝质包装罐在使用时操作方便,安全可靠,深受用户喜爱。
现有铝质包装罐一般包括罐底、罐筒、罐肩和罐口。铝质罐达到国家标准厚度时,单片铝圆片冲压成铝质包装罐的罐底厚度保证变形压力和爆破压力不可改动,罐口厚度由于要保证收颈及卷边的质量也不可变薄,在满足国家标准GB13042-1998中的变形压力与爆破压力情况下,包装罐罐身部位的壁厚还有富余,富余的这部分壁厚如改薄的话可节约原材料,从而降低生产成本。因此有必要改进现有包装罐。
[实用新型内容]
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,生产成本低的变壁铝质包装罐。
为了解决上述存在的问题,本实用新型采用了下列技术方案:
变壁铝质包装罐,包括有罐底、罐筒、罐肩和罐口,其特征在于沿所述罐底到所述罐肩方向,所述罐筒分为壁厚依次增加的筒身下段、筒身中间段和筒身上段,所述筒身下段为等壁厚段,所述筒身中间段为壁厚逐渐变厚的变壁段,所述筒身上段也为等壁厚段;
如上所述变壁铝质包装罐,其特征在于所述筒身下段和筒身上段为直壁段。
本实用新型的有益效果是:沿罐底到罐肩方向,罐筒分为壁厚依次增加的筒身下段、筒身中间段和筒身上段,这样在包装罐保证满足国家标准时,筒身下段与筒身中间段上有富余的壁厚变薄了,节约了原材料,一旦进行大批量生产即可很大程度地降低生产成本。

[具体实施方式]
如图所示,变壁铝质包装罐,包括有罐底11、罐筒12、罐肩13和罐口14,沿罐底11到罐肩13方向,罐筒12分为壁厚依次增加的筒身下段121、筒身中间段122和筒身上段123,筒身下段121为等壁厚段,筒身中间段122为壁厚逐渐变厚的变壁段,筒身上段123也为等壁厚段。
变壁铝质包装罐是由一定量的铝片中加入适量的润滑剂并充分搅拌均匀后经相应模具的冲压机械挤压、修剪长度、通过机械作用缩肩并翻边而成,本实用新型中,变壁铝质包装罐的筒身下段121为厚度相等的同厚直壁段,筒身上段123也为厚度相等的同厚直壁段。包装罐内还可以喷涂有用于防腐的保护膜(图中未示出),这样包装罐存储液剂后保质期更长了;包装罐外表面还可涂有油印层(图中未示出),这样方便在底漆上油印有图案和文字,油印有图案和文字可按客户要求进行,起到美观、大方和标志作用;还可以对包装罐外表面进行上光装饰,更凸显包装罐的精致和靓丽。

1、变壁铝质包装罐,包括有罐底(11)、罐筒(12)、罐肩(13)和罐口(14),其特征在于沿所述罐底(11)到所述罐肩(13)方向,所述罐筒(12)分为壁厚依次增加的筒身下段(121)、筒身中间段(122)和筒身上段(123),所述筒身下段(121)为等壁厚段,所述筒身中间段(122)为壁厚逐渐变厚的变壁段,所述筒身上段(123)也为等壁厚段。
