众所周知,在祖国江南,竹资源十分丰富,如何把现有丰富的竹资源转换成经济效益?是当地农民一直在思考的一个问题。传统的竹制品有一些,但工艺粗糙,不够实用,产品价值低,品种少。就消费者而言,能获得工艺精巧、享用舒适的竹制品,也是一种愿望,尤其是在生活还真的新理念驱使下,城里人对竹制品甚为企盼。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对传统竹制品所存在的不足和城里人对精美实用竹制品的企盼,而提供一种竹制茶几。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案:
一种竹制茶几,它包括脚柱、上横档、下横档、门档、托衬、弯曲杆、竹编面、玻璃面板,4只脚柱通过榫口与上横档、下横档连接固定,4根门档分前后各1根、左右各1根,开口朝下上边紧靠上横档,侧边紧靠脚柱,通过竹钉与上横档和脚柱固定,托衬通过两长边下横档内侧槽口紧靠排列,弯曲杆两端头与脚柱底平齐,通过竹钉与脚柱固定,交接部位用竹篾包扎,竹编面通过下横档、脚柱、弯曲杆卡槽口固定,玻璃面板平置上横档上,从而形成一种竹制茶几。
所述的脚柱,用直径3cm、长57cm竹段4根,在距下端25cm处用烤变法使其向外弯曲30°,在顶端处和距顶端32cm(弯曲点)处挖制连接上横档、下横档的榫口,在下横档榫口下面挖制连接竹编面的卡槽口。
所述的上横档,用直径2cm竹段、长98cm2根,长58cm2根。
所述的下横档,用直径2cm竹段、长98cm2根,长58cm2根。长号下横档内侧挖制连接托衬的槽口。
所述的门档,用直径1cm竹段,长160cm2根,长120cm2根,每根竹段在距端头32cm处用烤变法向一侧弯曲成门框形。
所述的托衬,用削制的竹条,长56cm、宽2cm、厚0.5cm。
所述的弯曲杆,用直径1.5cm竹段,长105cm2根,长63cm2根,用烤变法使其弯曲,在弯曲背部挖制连接竹编面的卡槽口。
所述的竹编面,用竹篾编制。
所述的玻璃面板,用茶色玻璃。
所述的竹钉用竹片削制成楔子,长2cm。
本实用新型所用竹段、竹条、竹篾均经刨光处理。
