本实用新型涉及一种控制电缆,尤其是风力发电机用控制电缆。
背景技术
风力发电机安装的场所一般环境较差,风大、温差大,电磁干扰强。与风力发电机配套的电缆必须具有强度高、阻燃性好、柔软性佳、抗干扰性能优的特点。现有风力发电机用电缆达不到这些要求,在使用中容易损坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有风力发电机用电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种风能发电机用阻燃屏蔽控制电缆。
本实用新型提供的一种风能发电机用阻燃屏蔽控制电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数根用铜丝绞合而成的导体及其绝缘层构成的导线和数根填充绳,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有阻燃层、屏蔽层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:电缆强度高、柔软性佳、阻燃性能好、抗干扰性能优,既可防止电缆本身在运行过程中产生的高次谐波及其它电磁辐射对周围设备的干扰,又可有效防止外界电磁信号对电缆自身的干扰。因此,在较差的环境中也可以保证电缆的正常使用。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型的导体1采用铜丝绞合而成,在导体1外包覆用热塑性弹性体聚合物(TPE)制作的绝缘层3后制成导线7,再将数根导线7与数根填充绳2一起绞合制成缆芯8,再在缆芯8外依次包覆用无碱玻璃纤维带制成的阻燃层4、用镀锡铜丝编织的屏蔽层5和用阻燃的聚氨酯弹性体制成的外护套6,即制成本实用新型。
