Abstract
一种新型小截面耐火软电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数根用铜丝绞合而成的导体及其硅橡胶绝缘层构成的导线、填充件,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有耐火层、铝塑复合带层。本实用新型不仅柔软性好,而且具有优良的阻燃性能,一旦遇到火灾,电缆不会蔓延燃烧,不易损坏,能够持续不断地提供电力以保持主要电气设备继续运行,有利于救援工作的开展,减少火灾造成的损失。同时本实用新型还具有优良的耐磨性、耐候性和抗冲击强度。

本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆,尤其是一种耐火软电缆。
背景技术
为提高电气线路的安全运行水平,电力电缆的阻燃、耐火性能已显得越来越重要。现有电力电缆由于其结构和用材等问题,其耐火性能不理想,发生火灾时,电缆容易损坏,不能持续不断地提供电力以保持主要电气设备继续运行,不利于救援工作的开展。
发明内容
为了克服现有电力电缆的不足,增强电缆的耐火性能,本实用新型提供一种新型小截面耐火软电缆。
本实用新型提供的一种新型小截面耐火软电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数根用铜丝绞合而成的导体及其硅橡胶绝缘层构成的导线、填充件,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有耐火层、铝塑复合带层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:不仅柔软性好,而且具有优良的阻燃性能,一旦遇到火灾,电缆不会蔓延燃烧,不易损坏,能够持续不断地提供电力以保持主要电气设备继续运行,有利于救援工作的开展,减少火灾造成的损失。同时本实用新型还具有优良的耐磨性、耐候性和抗冲击强度。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,先制成导线8:在用镀锡软铜丝绞合而成的导体1外包覆硅橡胶绝缘层2制成导线8。将数根导线8与用无碱玻璃纤维绳制成的填充件3一起绞合成缆芯7,在缆芯7外依次包覆云母带构成的耐火层4、铝塑复合带层5和用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料制成的外护套6,即制成本实用新型。

1、一种新型小截面耐火软电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数根用铜丝绞合而成的导体及其硅橡胶绝缘层构成的导线、填充件,其特征在于在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有耐火层、铝塑复合带层。
