一种环保型轻防腐钢芯铝绞线,包括芯线及外包的导电裸线,芯线为多股绞合的镀锌钢线,导电裸线为数层绞合在芯线外的铝线,芯线与导电裸线之间设有高密度聚乙烯防腐层。本实用新型防腐性能强,使用中没有防腐油脂的溢流,环保性能好,适应于在沿海地区、工业污染或盐雾较重的地区架设,不易受腐蚀,使用寿命长。本实用新型的外径及单位重量与同规格的普通型钢芯铝绞线几乎一样,因此,敷设安装完全可利用现有杆塔资源,减少杆塔成本。

本实用新型涉及一种导线,尤其是输配电线路中输送电能的钢芯铝绞线。
背景技术
现有输配电线路中输送电能的钢芯铝绞线,尤其是架设于沿海地区、工业污染或盐雾较重的地区的钢芯铝铰线,容易受到各种腐蚀性气体的侵蚀。为了增强防腐性能,一般采用对钢芯涂防腐油脂的方式,防腐等级以轻防腐为主。防腐油脂虽然有一定的防腐作用,但是受到油脂涂层的不均匀性、不连续性及油脂溢流等的影响,防腐效果不理想。
发明内容
为了克服现有输配电线路中输送电能的钢芯铝绞线的不足,本实用新型提供一种环保型轻防腐钢芯铝绞线,防腐性能强,使用中没有防腐油脂的溢流,环保性能好。
本实用新型提供的一种环保型轻防腐钢芯铝绞线,包括芯线及外包的导电裸线,芯线为多股绞合的镀锌钢线,导电裸线为数层绞合在芯线外的铝线,芯线与导电裸线之间设有高密度聚乙烯防腐层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:防腐性能强,使用中没有防腐油脂的溢流,环保性能好,适应于在沿海地区、工业污染或盐雾较重的地区架设,不易受腐蚀,使用寿命长。本实用新型的外径及单位重量与同规格的普通型钢芯铝绞线几乎一样,因此,敷设安装完全可利用现有杆塔资源,减少杆塔成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1,先将数根镀锌钢线绞合成芯线1,再在芯线1外包覆高密度聚乙烯防腐层2,然后将数层铝线绞合在高密度聚乙烯防腐层2外,形成数层导电裸线3,即制成本实用新型。
