Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种散射LED霓虹灯,用于替代传统的霓虹灯。本实用新型是在“∏”字形灯体的腔体内设置LED发光体,灯体两侧壁上对称地设置若干凸台,相邻凸台之间形成插槽,LED发光体的电路板插接在插槽内,根据LED发光体的发射角度选择合适的插槽。散光条经由其基部形成的凹槽卡接在灯体的开口处的凸台上,必要时可以在散光条与灯体的接缝处涂覆透明防水胶。本实用新型的灯体选取厚度较小的铝型材,避免了漏光,又利于本实用新型与附着物更好的融为一体,并利用铝型材基部固定在附着物上,简单方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰灯具,具体是涉及一种散射LED霓虹灯,用于替代传统的霓虹灯。
背景技术
因为LED是点光源,在现有技术中,要达到类似霓虹灯般均匀的出光效果,LED条形灯大都较厚、较宽,难以与附着物更好地融为一体,装饰后往往破坏掉附着物原有的格调,而且安装维护也较为麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种散射LED霓虹灯。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种散射LED霓虹灯,在“∏”字形灯体的腔体内设置LED发光体,在灯体的开口处设置散光条。散射条的作用是将LED发出的点光均匀散射,确保灯具表面的出光柔和均匀,如同霓虹灯一样。
作为优选,所述“∏”字形灯体由铝型材制成,当然也可由塑料挤塑制成。灯体两侧壁上对称地设置若干凸台,相邻凸台之间形成插槽,LED发光体的电路板插接在插槽内,根据LED发光体的大小及出光角度选择合适的插槽,以确保灯具表面出光均匀。
作为优选,所述散光条由亚克力制成,当然也可由其它透明或散射塑料制成,如PC、ABS、PVC等,散射效果可由塑料本身或通过表面磨砂处理得到。散射条经由其基部凹槽卡接在灯体的开口处的凸台上,必要时可以在散光条与灯体的接缝处涂覆透明防水胶。
本实用新型的灯体选取厚度较小的铝型材,避免了漏光,又利于本实用新型与附着物更好的融为一体,并利用铝型材基部固定在附着物上,简单方便。灯体内不仅可安装单一颜色的LED,也可同时安装多色LED,如红、绿、蓝三元色。通过外接控制器可以调节LED发光体的亮度、颜色、变幻次序、速度等,使得本实用新型比传统的霓虹灯更加多彩。本实用新型具有结构简单、轻巧牢固、设计合理等特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:参看图1,本实用新型是在“∏”字形灯体1的腔体内设置LED发光体4,灯体1两侧壁上对称地设置若干凸台12,相邻凸台之间形成插槽,LED发光体4的电路板3插接在插槽内,根据LED发光体的发射角度选择合适的插槽。散光条2经由其基部21形成的凹槽卡接在灯体1的开口处11的凸台上,必要时可以在散光条与灯体的接缝处涂覆透明防水胶。
为了增强本实用新型的防水效果,可将整个灯体的腔体内灌透明防水胶5,参见图2;或者在灯体的开口处的凹槽内预先放置一层透明塑料片6,然后在透明塑料片与散光条之间灌透明防水胶5,参见图3。
最后,应当指出,以上实施例仅是本实用新型较有代表性的例子。显然,本实用新型不限于上述实施例,还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均应认为属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种散射LED霓虹灯,其特征是在“∏”字形灯体(1)的腔体内设置LED发光体(4),在灯体(1)的开口处(11)设置散光条(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散射LED霓虹灯,其特征是在所述灯体(1)两侧壁上对称地设置若干凸台(12),相邻凸台(12)之间形成插槽,LED发光体(4)的电路板(3)插接在插槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散射LED霓虹灯,其特征是在所述散光条(2)经由其基部(21)卡接在灯体(1)的开口处(11)。
