一种改进型保温沼气池,包括沼气池体,在池体的上部设有出气管和出渣口,在池体的侧壁上部设有加料口,该沼气池采用圆柱式池体,所述的池体的底部和侧壁内设有加热管路,该管路在池体的底部和侧壁盘旋上升,形成循环盘管;本实用新型的特点就在于它能在简陋的混凝土的沼气池内构思安装利用太阳能热源或者沼气调温器的传导给循环盘管,保持池内产气的温度,使冬季也能达到夏季同样的效果;该沼气池结构简单,便于操作,适合规模化生产。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气生产装置,尤其是改进型保温沼气池。
背景技术
当今时代是能源的时代,一方面能源在全球经济和生活中必不可少,另一方面地球上有限的能源已面临开发殆尽。面临因能源开采过度而造成的自然资源的消耗,一种可再生的清洁能源,沼气,成为我国在农村全面提倡开发使用的新能源。中国有9亿多人在农村,有近2亿家庭在使用薪柴,全国40%、山区50%一70%的森林资源都是炊事取暖等消耗掉的,有效的保护了森林资源,使农村的人畜粪便、农作物秸杆等废弃物通过在沼气池发酵而产生沼气,成为照明、做饭的燃料,解决了“没有柴烧就砍树”的问题。据粗略测算,一个家庭安装一个6-8立方米的沼气罐,能解决3-5口之家一年的正常生活燃料,每年可节煤约1600公斤,节电约230千瓦时,薪柴和秸秆2吨左右,相当于3.5亩林地的年生物蓄积量,每年可节约2500元以上,还可减少2吨二氧化碳的排放,有效保护森林资源和防治水土流失。2005年全国已建立1807万户沼气池,相当于保护了约6300万亩林地。发展沼气是发展农村新能源、建设节约型社会的现实选择,既增加农民收入,又解决了一直困扰农村的脏乱差的环境问题。当然有大量的专利说明太阳能沼气池的存在或该装置被利用,还有一专利“太阳能沼气池”(公开号201010644)告知池内底部设有换热管等,这有助于本实用新型产生新的创意。考虑西部边远地区,特别是南疆,近几年冬季特别的寒冷,沼气池的利用发生了制气效果差的问题,如何解决冬节也能产好气的结果,是本设计的基本出发点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对解决目前农村冬季利用沼气的困惑,提供一种利用太阳能供热的改进型保温沼气池,结构简单,可操作性强,适合规模化生产,使寒冷的冬节也能实现夏季自然制气的效果,为建设新农村出力。
本实用新型的内容是:一种改进型保温沼气池,包括沼气池体,在池体的上部设有出气管和出渣口,在池体的侧壁上部设有加料口,该沼气池采用圆柱式池体,所述的池体的底部和侧壁内设有加热管路,该管路在池体的底部和侧壁盘旋上升,形成循环盘管。
所述的加热管路镶嵌在池体的体壁内,在池体的底部设有进水口,在池体的侧壁部位设有出水口。
所述的加热管路连接至热水提供装置;该热水提供装置为太阳能热水器和沼气加热调温器。
本实用新型的有益效果
本实用新型的特点就在于它能在简陋的混凝土的沼气池内构思安装利用太阳能热源或沼气加热调温器的热源传导给循环盘管,保持池内产气的温度,使冬季也能达到夏季同样的效果;该沼气池结构简单,便于操作,适合规模化生产。

实施例一:参见说明书附图1,图中一种改进型保温沼气池,包括沼气池体1,在池体1的上部设有出气管2和出渣口3,在池体1的侧壁上部设有加料口4,该沼气池采用圆柱式池体,所述的池体1的底部和侧壁内设有加热管路5,该管路5在池体的底部和侧壁盘旋上升,形成循环盘管。
所述的加热管路5镶嵌在池体1的体壁内,在池体1的底部设有进水口6,在池体1的侧壁部位设有出水口7。
所述的加热管路5连接至热水提供装置。该热水提供装置为太阳能热水器和沼气加热调温器在我国北方冬季可以利用太阳能热水器来给沼气池提供热量,在夜晚或阴天可用沼气加热,使沼气池内的温度达到产气的温度,从而实现本专利的目的。

1、一种改进型保温沼气池,包括沼气池体,在池体的上部设有出气管和出渣口,在池体的侧壁上部设有加料口,该沼气池采用圆柱式池体,其特征是:所述的池体的底部和侧壁内设有加热管路,该管路在池体的底部和侧壁盘旋上升,形成循环盘管。
