本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由原手套手指和气裹式手掌组成的气囊式工作手套，其特征是：在原手套手指跟部设置气囊式手掌与之相连。因一般用力都在手掌处，本手套增加了手掌部的弹性，即减少了手掌的疲劳和疼痛感。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、防疲劳效果好。
