技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冲浪板发动机冷却系统制动装置,尤其是一种冲浪板发动机冷却系统延时装置。
背景技术
人员驾驶冲浪板在海面上滑行完成,发动机停止工作后如果立刻关闭发动机冷却系统,则发动机内的热量没有完全排出,发动机内的热量就会积聚在发动机腔体内,很容易导致发动机寿命缩短,甚至烧毁发动机。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供一种冲浪板发动机冷却系统延时装置,可以对冲浪板发动机制动后充分冷却。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种冲浪板发动机冷却系统延时装置,设有一延时控制器,发动机熄火开关控制该延时控制器的工作,发动机熄火开关关闭时,延时控制器开启,延时控制器控制发动机冷却系统的冷却泵延时工作设定时间后关闭,即当发动机熄火开关对发动机进行关闭时,该延时控制器接到发动机停止工作信号后,其延时工作设定时间后再关闭发动机冷却系统的冷却泵,这样就可以对发动机进行充分冷却。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在冲浪板发动机关闭(熄火)后,发动机冷却系统延时设定时间再关闭,使发动机充分冷却,有效延长了发动机的使用寿命。

实施例:一种冲浪板发动机冷却系统延时装置,设有一延时控制器1,发动机熄火开关2控制该延时控制器1的工作,发动机熄火开关2关闭时,延时控制器1开启,延时控制器1控制发动机冷却系统的冷却泵3延时工作设定时间后关闭,即当发动机熄火开关2对发动机进行关闭时,该延时控制器1接到发动机停止工作信号后,其延时工作设定时间后再关闭发动机冷却系统的冷却泵3,这样就可以对发动机进行充分冷却。

1.一种冲浪板发动机冷却系统延时装置,其特征是:设有一延时控制器(1),发动机熄火开关(2)控制该延时控制器(1)的工作,发动机熄火开关(2)关闭时,延时控制器(1)开启,延时控制器(1)控制发动机冷却系统的冷却泵(3)延时工作设定时间后关闭。
