本实用新型属于建筑保温技术领域,具体涉及一种保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置。本实用新型中所述的保温隔热装饰板上均匀地设置有排气帽,排气帽依次穿过装饰板以及保温层,并使保温层和墙体之间的空隙部与装饰板外侧的大气相连通。由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型在保温隔热装饰板上均匀地设置有排气帽,此排气帽使保温层和墙体之间的空隙部与保温板外侧的大气相连通,从而使得保温板与墙体之间驻留的潮气得以排除。由上述可知,本实用新型有利于建筑保温,还延长了保温板的使用寿命。

本实用新型属于建筑保温技术领域,具体涉及一种保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置。
背景技术
现有的保温系统一般都是将保温板贴敷在墙体的外侧,保温板的保温层与墙体之间为间隔状排布的粘接剂,从而使得保温层与墙体之间形成有空隙部。此空隙部由于天气变化可能会驻留有潮气,如果驻留的潮气不能及时被排除,则此潮气会对保温板与墙体之间的连接部位造成侵蚀,不但不利于建筑保温,还影响了保温板自身的稳固性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其能够将保温板与墙体之间的潮气排除掉,有利于建筑保温,还延长了保温板的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:一种保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,所述的保温隔热装饰板上均匀地设置有排气帽,排气帽依次穿过装饰板以及保温层,并使保温层和墙体之间的空隙部与装饰板外侧的大气相连通。
由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型在保温隔热装饰板上均匀地设置有排气帽,此排气帽使保温层和墙体之间的空隙部与保温板外侧的大气相连通,从而使得保温板与墙体之间驻留的潮气得以排除。由上述可知,本实用新型有利于建筑保温,还延长了保温板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,所述的保温隔热装饰板上均匀地设置有排气帽40,排气帽40依次穿过装饰板20以及保温层10,并使保温层10和墙体50之间的空隙部与装饰板20外侧的大气相连通。
所述的排气帽40沿保温隔热装饰板的水平方向和/或竖直方向均匀地设置,易于排布且排气效果好。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述的排气帽40之间的间距为5~8米,排气帽40与保温隔热装饰板相接触的外侧面上设置有密封胶。
上述间距不但有利于排除潮气,保持保温板的保温性能,而且可以减少排气帽40的排布数量,提高安装速度和降低安装成本。
作为本实用新型的另一种优选方案,所述的排气帽40的设有排气孔的一端与装饰板20的外侧端面相平齐,排气帽40的排气孔朝向地面设置,如图1所示。
排气帽40的上述设置方式不但有利于排气和美观,而且可以避免在下雨时雨水顺着排气帽40的排气孔流至保温板和墙体50之间。
进一步的,参见图1所示,所述的墙体50的靠近保温层10的一侧设置有抹灰层60,保温层10与抹灰层60之间均匀地设有呈条带状分布的粘接剂70,排气帽40使保温层10和抹灰层60之间的空隙部与装饰板20外侧的大气相连通。
所述的保温层10为EPX板或XPS板或PU泡沫板,不但保温性能好,而且易于制造,成本较低。
所述的保温层10设置为两层,两层保温层10之间设置有增强层30。
增强层30的设置不但提高了本保温板抗风压的强度,而且有效地增强了保温板的整体性和稳定性,延长了本实用新型的工作寿命。
所述的增强层30为玻纤网格布或铝箔或阻燃夹筋铝箔或铝合金板。
所述的阻燃夹筋铝箔是由铝箔、玻璃纤维、牛皮纸复合,经防腐、阻燃处理而成,具有防水、不透湿、阻燃、不透光、反辐射热、保温隔热效果好等特点。本阻燃夹筋铝箔的使用,不但大大增强了本保温板的强度,而且提高了本保温板的阻燃能力。
所述的装饰板20为铝板或铝合金板或无机树脂板。
所述的铝板或铝合金板或无机树脂板不仅平整性好,而且重量轻,成本低,有利于节省材料,降低整个保温系统的重量。
所述的铝板或铝合金板或无机树脂板的远离保温层10的一侧设置有氟碳涂层。
本实用新型不但便于安装,而且保温层10、装饰板20、增强层30以及氟碳涂层可以事先预制为保温隔热装饰一体板,从而确保了建筑物外墙面上的保温隔热装饰一体板作为一个整体的板块之间的表面平整度,同时降低了本保温板的安装难度和施工安装的成本。
综上所述,本实用新型中的保温装饰板不仅表面美观,而且施工难度小,生产安装速度快,重量轻且强度大,还具有优异的保温防潮功能。

1、一种保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的保温隔热装饰板上均匀地设置有排气帽(40),排气帽(40)依次穿过装饰板(20)以及保温层(10),并使保温层(10)和墙体(50)之间的空隙部与装饰板(20)外侧的大气相连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的排气帽(40)沿保温隔热装饰板的水平方向和/或竖直方向均匀地设置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的保温层(10)为EPX板或XPS板或PU泡沫板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的保温层(10)设置为两层,两层保温层(10)之间设置有增强层(30)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的装饰板(20)为铝板或铝合金板或无机树脂板。
6、根据权利要求1所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的排气帽(40)的设有排气孔的一端与装饰板(20)的外侧端面相平齐,排气帽(40)的排气孔朝向地面设置。
7、根据权利要求1所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的墙体(50)的靠近保温层(10)的一侧设置有抹灰层(60),保温层(10)与抹灰层(60)之间均匀地设有呈条带状分布的粘接剂(70),排气帽(40)使保温层(10)和抹灰层(60)之间的空隙部与装饰板(20)外侧的大气相连通。
8、根据权利要求1或2或6所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的排气帽(40)之间的间距为5~8米,排气帽(40)与保温隔热装饰板相接触的外侧面上设置有密封胶。
9、根据权利要求4所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的增强层(30)为玻纤网格布或铝箔或阻燃夹筋铝箔或铝合金板。
10、根据权利要求5所述的保温隔热装饰板防潮排气装置,其特征在于:所述的铝板或铝合金板或无机树脂板的远离保温层(10)的一侧设置有氟碳涂层。
