Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种反馈自助沼气增产装置,主要特征在于:由燃烧系统、热交换系统、自动控制与保护系统组成,并与沼气池系统配套使用。本实用新型通过燃烧沼气池产生的少量沼气所产生的热气来提高沼气池内的温度,促进微生物的活动,从而解决冬季气温低而产气不足的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种反馈自助沼气增产装置。
背景技术:
随着我国农村沼气建设的普及和技术进步,沼气已成为农村十分重要的新能源。但在很多地区,由于冬季气温偏低,不适宜微生物的活动,因而产气严重不足,给用户带来不便。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种反馈自助沼气增产装置,通过燃烧池内产生的少量沼气所产生的热量来提高池内的温度,促进微生物的活动,从而解决冬季气温低而产气不足的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种反馈自助沼气增产装置,其特征在于:由燃烧系统、热交换系统和反馈自助控制系统组成;燃烧系统由燃烧室、燃烧器、点火针、熄火保护反馈针、进气管道组成;热交换系统由沼气池底、烟道、散热片组成;自动控制与保护系统由自动控制电路板、热敏电阻、红外线开关、低压电磁气阀、干电池电源、电子脉冲点火器组成;燃烧系统设置在沼气池的底部;热交换系统设置在沼气池内;自动控制与保护系统通过线路与燃烧系统、电磁气阀、温控器和红外线接收管连接;温控器设置在沼气池内;红外线接收管设置在储气池上;在储气池浮罩上设有红外线发射管。
本实用新型与沼气池系统配合使用,通过燃烧池内少量的沼气并释放出热量以提高池内的温度,促进微生物的活动以产生更多的沼气,不需要其它任何能源,真正实现了反馈、自助、增气,解决冬季气温偏低,不适宜微生物的生活,导致产气不足的问题。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本实用新型主要由沼气池1、燃烧系统2、电磁气阀3、自动控制与保护系统4、储气罐5、储气浮罩6、红外线接收管7、红外线发射管8、温控器9、供气管道10组成。燃烧系统设置在沼气池的底部,电磁气阀设置在供气管道上,自动控气与保护系统通过线路与燃烧系统、温控器、电磁气阀及红外线接收管连接,红外线接收管设置在储气罐壁上,红外线发射管设置在储气浮罩上。
本实用新型的设计方案采用如下工作原理:
1、采用燃烧加热原理,在沼气池底部设计了一套燃烧系统,由燃烧室、燃烧器、点火针、熄火保护反馈针、进气管道等组成。在燃烧室内燃烧沼气和空气的混合气体,产生热气温,通过沼气池底和烟道把热量传递给沼液,废气由烟道排入大气。
2、点火采用现有燃气具上的可靠性较高的电子脉冲点火原理,并作延长脉冲时间的改进设计,确保点火成功。
3、采用温控器控制沼液温度,当沼液超过45℃时,燃烧器停止工作。
4、点火控制利用现有沼气池的储气浮罩的升降过程进行行程控制。当沼气产生的压力将浮罩升到顶点时,红外线点火开关打开,燃烧器开始点火燃烧,浮罩慢慢下降,当下降到一定位置时,红外线熄火开关打开,燃烧器熄火,停止加热。红外线熄火开关位置可视用户用气量来定。用气量大,安装位置可调高一点,用气量小,安装位置可调低一点。按一定的间隔不断循环往复,对沼气进行累积加热。

1、一种反馈自助沼气增产装置,其特征在于:由燃烧系统、热交换系统和反馈自助控制系统组成;燃烧系统由燃烧室、燃烧器、点火针、熄火保护反馈针、进气管道组成;热交换系统由沼气池底、烟道、散热片组成;自动控制与保护系统由自动控制电路板、热敏电阻、红外线开关、低压电磁气阀、干电池电源、电子脉冲点火器组成;燃烧系统设置在沼气池的底部;热交换系统设置在沼气池内;自动控制与保护系统通过线路与燃烧系统、电磁气阀、温控器和红外线接收管连接;温控器设置在沼气池内;红外线接收管设置在储气池上;在储气池浮罩上设有红外线发射管。
