背景技术
目前矿用索道制动是采取在电机输出轴上或在减速箱上设置制动装置制动，由于制动力矩小，制动效果差，容易造成安全事故。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种矿用索道驱动轮制动器。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种矿用索道驱动轮制动器，在安装板上通过制动钳转轴装有制动钳，在制动钳的上钳柄端通过连接轴与杠杆的一端联接，杠杆的另一端通过转轴联接在电液推杆上，连杆的一端接在杠杆上，连杆的另一端接在制动钳的下钳柄端。
在制动钳的两个钳口端各有磨擦片。
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，由于制动装置装在驱动轮轮边上，一是制动力矩大，制动效果好；二是制动装置在不工作时处于制动状态，保证矿用索道在停止工作或对矿用索道进行维修或在矿用索道出现故障时制动装置处于制动状态，避免安全事故的产生。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种矿用索道驱动轮制动器，在安装板1上通过制动钳转轴3装有制动钳2，在制动钳2的上钳柄端通过连接轴6与杠杆4的一端联接，杠杆4的另一端通过转轴8联接在电液推杆7上，连杆9的一端接在杠杆4上，连杆9的另一端接在制动钳2的下钳柄端。在制动钳的两个钳口端各有磨擦片，在安装时制动钳2装在驱动轮11的轮边处12处。

1、一种矿用索道驱动轮制动器，其特征在于：在安装板[1]上通过制动钳转轴[3]装有制动钳[2]，在制动钳[2]的上钳柄端通过连接轴[6]与杠杆[4]的一端联接，杠杆[4]的另一端通过转轴[8]联接在电液推杆[7]上，连杆[9]的一端接在杠杆[4]上，连杆[9]的另一端接在制动钳[2]的下钳柄端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用索道驱动轮制动器，其特征在于：在制动钳[2]的两个钳口端各有磨擦片[10]。
