日常工作中，有些重要资料和通知人们喜欢贴在显眼的位置，如办公桌挡板上，以免忘记。现在一般的方法是使用透明胶带、不干胶或图钉等固定，其缺点是不牢固、不方便、不美观。
中国专利96210634.8公开的“简易吸贴器”，包括阴极块和阳极块，阴极块为铁质材料块，阳极块为磁铁块，阴极块需要用钉子固定在房门、墙上以及所需安装的地方，安装较麻烦。
中国专利200620024386.0公开的“一种便笺吸固器”，利用吸盘将磁铁片或铁片固定在墙面上，再利用磁铁固定便笺，缺点是吸盘在很多场合吸附不牢固。
中国专利01245812.0公开的“一种磁钉”由装有磁块的可两面吸附的磁钉座和装有磁块的可吸附在磁钉座上的磁钉体构成，其缺点是磁钉座只能吸附在铁板表面，用途狭窄。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型由铁片1，不干胶2组成，再配套磁帽3组成完整的一套磁钉。不干胶2粘在铁片1背面，磁帽3吸在铁片1的正面。
本实用新型磁钉座可以做成圆形，方形，长方形，长条形等各种形状，以满足各种需要。
