Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型保温锅，旨在提供一种加热速度快，保温效果好，结构简单，制造成本低的新型保温锅，其包括锅体，锅体由内层和外层构成，所述内外层之间设有加快锅内热量传导且减缓热量散失的保温层，锅体底部在内、外层之间填充有防止食物烧焦的铝层。本实用新型与现有的锅相比，能使锅内的食物熟得更快，食物煮熟后又能具有很好的保温效果，适合普通家庭、酒楼等使用。

本实用新型涉及一种厨房用具，特别是一种用于煎、煮食物的锅。
背景技术
现在家庭中用于煲汤或煎、煮食物的锅，其锅体一般都是由不锈钢制成的单层锅体，该种锅体煮食物的时候，热量从锅底向上传导过程中损失大，导致加热速度慢，锅内食物熟得也慢，而且不锈钢是热的良导体，热量散失快，因此，现有的锅体煮熟食物后无法保温。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种加热速度快，保温效果好，结构简单，制造成本的新型保温锅。
本实用新型采用以下的技术方案解决该技术问题，本实用新型包括锅体，所述锅体由内层和外层构成，所述内外层之间设有加快锅内热量传导且减缓热量散失的保温层。
所述锅体底部在内、外层之间填充有防止食物烧焦的铝层。
所述锅体外层的边沿形成向锅底方向延伸的倒钩，锅体内层边沿向下延伸形成包围倒钩的包边以将保温层密封。
所述内、外层锅体由不锈钢制成。
本实用新型的锅体包括内、外层，且内、外层之间设有加快锅内热量传导且减缓热量散失的保温层，由于加热食物时保温层内的气体同时被加热，加热后的气体可使内层锅体的温度保持在高温状态，因而可加快食物的煎、煮速度，还能使食物煮熟后具有很好的保温效果；此外，为了避免食物被烧焦，可在锅体底部内、外层之间填充铝层。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括锅体1，锅体1由内层2和外层3构成，内、外层之间设有加快锅内热量传导且减缓热量散失的保温层4，本实施例中，保温层4设于锅体侧壁，其内的气体为空气。为了防止保温层内的气体流失，锅体外层3的边沿形成向锅底方向延伸的倒钩31，锅体内层2边沿向下延伸包围倒钩31的包边5。
为了使本实用新型的锅体可使用于燃气炉和电磁炉，内、外层锅体2、3由不锈钢制成，且锅体底部在内、外层之间填充有用于防止锅内食物烧焦的铝层6。

1、一种新型保温锅，包括锅体，其特征在于：所述锅体由内层和外层构成，所述内外层之间设有加快锅内热量传导且减缓热量散失的保温层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型保温锅，其特征在于：所述锅体底部在内、外层之间填充有防止食物烧焦的铝层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型保温锅，其特征在于：所述锅体外层的边沿形成向锅底方向延伸的倒钩，锅体内层边沿向下延伸形成包围倒钩的包边以将保温层密封。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的新型保温锅，其特征在于：所述内、外层锅体由不锈钢制成。
