Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种地毯。本实用新型所述的雪尼尔抗皱褶地毯由雪尼尔地毯坯布1、粘合剂、棉质底布2、化纤底布3和包边4组成，雪尼尔地毯坯布1与棉质底布2由粘合剂粘合，棉质底布2又与化纤底布3由粘合剂粘合，再由包边4将雪尼尔地毯坯布、棉质底布和化纤底布的边缘经缝制构成整体边缘。本实用新型对宾馆、居家的地面材料如地板、地砖有很好的防护作用，不但具有防滑、抗皱褶的功能，而且由于其中的一层底布为棉质，还具有较好的吸水、吸尘效果。本实用新型由于采用了粘合剂和两层底布的粘合结构，改变了通常雪尼尔地毯易脱毛头、辅垫尺寸不稳定的缺点，增强了其使用寿命周期，且具有一定立体效果。本实用新型还具有装饰美观、耐洗、使用便捷等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种地毯。
背景技术
中国专利申请号200720044293.9公开了一种“包边防皱地毯”，该地毯由地毯本体、包边层组成，地毯的边沿由包边层包裹，其特征在于：在地毯本体的边沿正面位于边包层下填充泡泡棉层，泡泡棉层被包边层包裹；在地毯本体的背面覆合胶质的防滑层成复合地毯，复合地毯的正面的边沿上填充泡泡棉层，包边层包裹在地毯边沿上。本实用新型的泡泡棉层增加了地毯的立体感和柔软感，解决了包边起皱问题，保证了地毯的平整性和美观性。
目前，公知的地毯由普通的材料制成，其制成材料单一，对地板地砖的防护环保不强或不能同时具备吸水吸尘性，辅垫在有滑性的地板地砖上易移动起皱。尤其是雪尼尔地毯，由于其自身的特点，质地较为柔软，所以，辅垫在有滑性的地板、地砖上更容易起皱。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在克服现有的技术的缺陷，提供一种在辅垫和使用过程中均能够有效防止起皱的雪尼尔抗皱褶地毯。
本实用新型所述的雪尼尔抗皱褶地毯由雪尼尔地毯坯布、粘合剂、棉质底布、化纤底布和包边组成，雪尼尔地毯坯布与棉质底布由粘合剂粘合，棉质底布又与化纤底布由粘合剂粘合，粘和层厚度为0.8-1.5mm，再由包边将雪尼尔地毯坯布、棉质底布和化纤底布的边缘经缝制构成整体边缘。
所述的雪尼尔地毯坯布是采用0.4支-1.8支雪尼尔纱线织成的坯布。所述的粘合剂为合成天然橡胶、合成橡胶共混体材料。所述的棉质底布为棉含量80％以上的布料，所述的化纤底布为75％以上的化学纤维与其它材料织成的布料。
本实用新型所述的雪尼尔抗皱褶地毯，对宾馆、居家的地面材料如地板、地砖有很好的防护作用，不但具有防滑、抗皱褶的功能，而且由于其中的一层底布为棉质，还具有较好的吸水、吸尘效果。本实用新型由于采用了粘合剂和两层底布的粘合结构，改变了通常雪尼尔地毯易脱毛头、辅垫尺寸不稳定的缺点，增强了其使用寿命周期，且具有一定立体效果。本实用新型还具有装饰美观、耐洗、使用便捷等优点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本实用新型做进一步的说明，实施例不用于限制本实用新型。
实施例：
本实施例由0.4支-0.8支雪尼尔纱线织成的雪尼尔地毯坯布1、粘合剂、棉质底布2、化纤底布3和包边4组成，雪尼尔地毯坯布1与棉质底布2由粘合剂粘合，棉质底布2又与化纤底布3由粘合剂粘合，再由包边4将雪尼尔地毯坯布1、棉质底布2和化纤底布3的边缘经缝制构成整体边缘。
本实施例由以下方法制作：
粘合制作：施胶→红外线温控设定→粘合时速→热烘干定型→检验裁剪→包边→检验→打包。
在操作时，雪尼尔地毯坯布1面朝下，先将两层底布粘和，然后棉质底布2朝上，通过自动化设备刮涂法，将红外线循环温度调置在100℃～160℃，粘合剂施胶量m2/1800～2900克，烘干定型温度控制140℃±5℃，10分钟±1分钟。
粘合层厚度为0.8-1.5mm，拨离强度≥16N。
此步骤全部采用现有技术，将粘合好的雪尼尔环保胶布，按客户需求经栽剪制作成各种规格，通过包边即得。
Claims (2)
1、一种雪尼尔抗皱褶地毯，其特征在于由雪尼尔地毯坯布(1)、粘合剂、棉质底布(2)、化纤底布(3)和包边(4)组成，雪尼尔地毯坯布(1)与棉质底布(2)由粘合剂粘合，棉质底布(2)又与化纤底布(3)由粘合剂粘合，粘和层厚度为0.8-1.5mm，再由包边(4)将雪尼尔地毯坯布(1)、棉质底布(2)和化纤底布(3)的边缘经缝制构成整体边缘。
2、如权利要求1所述的雪尼尔抗皱褶地毯，其特征在于所述的雪尼尔地毯坯布(1)是采用0.4支-1.8支雪尼尔纱线织成的坯布。
