Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑物开口处用的固定式或移动式闭合装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种全密封平开门。
二、背景技术
PVC塑料门窗在国内被广泛的称之为塑钢门窗,塑料门窗是以聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为主要原料,加上一定比例的稳定剂、着色剂、填充剂、抗冲改性剂、紫外线吸收剂(屏蔽剂)等助剂,经挤出成型材,通过切割、焊接等方式制成门窗的框扇,配装上密封胶条、中空胶条、五金件等附件制成门窗,为增强型材的刚性,超过一定长度的型材空腔内需要加入增强型钢,这种门窗称之为塑料门窗,塑钢门窗异型材为中空多腔室结构,通过多设内筋造成多腔室结构,内部被分隔成若干密闭小空间,具有优良的隔声性和保温隔热性,塑钢门窗框、扇之间采用搭接装配,各缝隙处均装有耐久性的弹性密封胶条或阻风板,框、扇搭接严密,防止空气渗透、雨水渗漏,因此其气密性、水密性好,防噪声性能好,PVC型材线性热膨胀系数较低,形状和尺寸稳定,不松散、不变形,塑钢门窗型材表面细腻光滑,色泽均匀一致,不需油漆着色及维护保养。由于我国地域跨度大,温差大,风压差异大,在严寒地区要提高型材的抗低温冲击性能,尤其是在新疆地区,冬季比较寒冷,夏季炎热,气候干燥,风沙大,人们习惯于使用平开门窗,基本上全部是60系列内平开门窗,其型材外廓以平面造型,直线构图,简洁统一,但是塑钢门窗扇、框、梃搭接处的密封胶条受力方向不一致,或密封胶条分开设置在窗梃与窗框上,关闭时搭接不严密,多数存在密封性、保温性能不理想,散热量大的问题。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种全密封节能室内外平开门,通过改变门扇和门框的搭接方式和增加搭接面积,解决了平开门密封性能差及散热量大的问题,它包括门扇和门框,门扇扇料非可视面为凹圆弧面,门框框料非可视面为凸圆弧面,在门扇扇料非可视面上设置有6~8个凹槽,在凹槽内设置有密封胶条,门扇一侧通过铰链与门框连接,门扇包括玻璃、玻璃压条、密封胶条、中空胶条、固定方管和扇料,玻璃通过密封胶条和玻璃压条扣压固定,玻璃为两层或三层,在两层玻璃之间设置有中空胶条和固定方管,玻璃压条通过其鸭嘴形卡头嵌入扇料一侧凹槽内,玻璃压条另一端凹槽内设置有密封胶条,本实用新型具有良好的防雨水渗透性能和优良的气密性,不仅缩小了型材的断面面积,还扩大了采光面,节约原材料,改善了门的抗风压性能、保温性能和隔声性能,降低了能耗和成本,具有密封效果好,容易安装的优点。

下面结合图1对本实用新型全密封节能室内外平开门做进一步的说明,它包括门扇和门框,门扇扇料2非可视面为凹圆弧面,门框框料1非可视面为凸圆弧面,在门框框料1和门扇扇料2里面设置有钢衬3,在门扇扇料2非可视面上设置有6~8个凹槽4,在凹槽4内设置有密封胶条5,门扇一侧通过铰链7与门框连接,门扇包括玻璃6、玻璃压条8、密封胶条5、中空胶条9、固定方管10和扇料2,玻璃6通过密封胶条5和玻璃压条8扣压固定,玻璃6为两层或三层,在两层玻璃6之间设置有中空胶条9和固定方管10,玻璃压条8通过其鸭嘴形卡头嵌入扇料2一侧凹槽4内,玻璃压条8另一端凹槽4内设置有密封胶条5。

3、根据权利要求1所述的全密封节能室内外平开门,其特征是门扇一侧通过铰链与门框连接。
4、根据权利要求1至3任一权利要求所述的全密封节能室内外平开门,其特征是所述的门扇包括玻璃和扇料,玻璃通过密封胶条和玻璃压条扣压固定。
5、根据权利要求4所述的全密封节能室内外平开门,其特征是所述的玻璃为两层或三层,在两层玻璃之间设置有中空胶条和固定方管。
