本实用新型涉及家用电器等领域,更具体地说是涉及一种快速型电热水壶。
背景技术
现有技术的快速型电热水壶,其一般是采用在壶体底部固定发热体,壶体也有采用陶瓷材料的,壶体底部中间是中空的,发热体固定在中空部分,发热体外表面与水接触直接加热水,发热体下部有插座与底座上的连接凸起对应,由于壶体中空结构,较难制造,且在制造过程中较易变形;同时发热体表面直接呈露于壶体中,其表面易损坏,从而影响发热体的使用寿命,如此同时,由于壶底的中空结构,在使用过程中,其壶底中空的边缘易损坏,会出现漏水的现象,出现漏电的事故发生。

本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足,而提供的一种结构牢固,安全,使用效果好的快速电热水壶。
本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:

1、本实用新型采用了凹槽的壶底结构,与中空的壶底相比,壶体底部有支承,其结构更为牢固;
2、制造更为简单;与中空的壶底相比,由于没有中空结构,制造过程中其壶底不易变形,成品率高;
3、本实用新型加热体密封在底座中,凹陷结构外围设置有密封胶,可以保护好发热体,防止发热体溅水,影响其使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型的快速电热水壶,由壶体1和底座2一体化连接构成,壶体1上有手柄和壶嘴及壶盖,底座2内设置有发热体3,该壶体1底部为向上凹陷的凹槽结构,该凹陷结构处的壶底壁上间隔式设置有若干孔4。所述发热体3设置在凹槽内,壶底的凹陷处下方。所述壶体1与底座2连接处的凹陷台阶5外围还设置有密封胶6。所述壶体1为陶瓷材质制成。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施例,如壶体底部凹槽形状可以是圆形等,依本实用新型申请专利范围所作的等同变化,在不脱离本实用新型精神的前提下,仍属本实用新型所涵盖的范围。
