背景技术
在制作鞋底时，常采用各种材料，如橡胶、EVA、PVC等，但不管采用哪种材料，均制成单一材质鞋底，如果选用较硬的材质，则鞋底过硬而弯曲效果不好；如果选用较为柔软的材质虽然弯曲性能有了保障，但强度过低，如果碰到碎石或尖锐物品容易刺痛脚掌，导致舒适性能不好，如果要保证行走舒适则需增加鞋底厚度，从而造成鞋底重量增加，使得人们在走路时因鞋底过重而颇为不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种强度高，鞋底厚度适当且安全性能好的复合材质鞋底。
一种鞋底，其特征在于，该鞋底为两层，一层为EVA材料，另一层为橡胶材料并呈脚形。
本实用新型采用密度小、弹性好的EVA材料和耐磨、耐弯曲的橡胶材料作为鞋底两层结构，这样制得的鞋底既具备EVA材料制备的鞋底柔韧性好、穿着舒适的优点，又具备橡胶材料制备的鞋底耐磨性能好的优点；与单一材质鞋底相比，在使用寿命大致相当的情况下，鞋底厚度更薄，从而降低鞋底重量，能够大大减轻走路时的负担；由于采用密度较大的橡胶材料为底，因而能够避免鞋子穿一段时间后EVA材料变形的缺点。

一种鞋底，图1为复合材质鞋底的结构示意图，该鞋底为两层，上层2为EVA材料，下层3为橡胶材料，如图2所示，在模具中制作出EVA材料并将橡胶材料加入后热压成脚型1。
