本实用新型属于自动化技术领域。
背景技术
电磁制动器是电梯曳引机的关键组成部分,而手动制动组件又是电磁制动器的关键组件。现在的手动制动轴组件定位感不强,依靠内部装有弹簧和钢珠的顶丝的下端限位,由于电磁制动器在运行中是在冲击和振动中进行,所以制动轴在不断的轴向往复串动,致使起限位作用的顶丝下端产生变形,包住里面的钢球,起不到定位作用。在手柄自重的作用下,使制动轴转动,造成制动轴制动柄磨损,失去手动制动的功能和使电磁制动器的衔铁不能压回,电磁制动器失效,造成电梯事故。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种电磁制动器手动制动组件,以解决手动制动轴组件定位感不强,造成电梯事故的问题。本实用新型采取的技术方案是:制动手柄与制动轴固定连接,该制动轴与壳体转动连接,顶丝与壳体螺纹连接,紧固螺钉一与壳体螺纹连接、并与顶丝后端压接,顶丝内部有压簧,该压簧前端压接钢珠,该钢珠下半部位于制动轴上的浅孔内,限位螺柱与壳体螺纹连接,紧固螺钉二与壳体螺纹连接、并与限位螺柱后端压接,该限位螺柱前端位于制动轴上的限位槽内。
本实用新型的优点是:结构新颖,定位手感强,定位可靠。由于采用限位柱,限制了手动制动轴的轴向往复串动。顶丝不参与限位,不会受到外力作用,因此定位可靠;为了防止顶丝和限位螺柱松动,采用紧定固螺钉;制动轴只能在规定的角度内转动,在正常工作情况下制动端面不会造成磨损。工作可靠,寿命长,提高了电磁制动器的使用性能。

具体实施方式
制动手柄3与制动轴2固定连接,该制动轴与壳体1转动连接,顶丝4与壳体螺纹连接,紧固螺钉一9与壳体螺纹连接、并与顶丝后端压接,顶丝内部有压簧5,该压簧前端压接钢珠6,该钢珠下半部位于制动轴上的浅孔10内,限位螺柱7与壳体螺纹连接,紧固螺钉二8与壳体螺纹连接、并与限位螺柱后端压接,该限位螺柱前端位于制动轴上的限位槽11内。
