Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，包括压缩机本体和外壳，外壳外表面四周设有若干散热片，散热片直立于外壳外表面，且散热片设有褶皱。本实用新型在压缩机外壳的外表面设置褶皱状的散热片，大大增加了散热面积，使得散热效率明显提高，延长了压缩机的使用寿命，且该结构简单，制造方便。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压缩机，特别是涉及一种冰箱用压缩机。
(二)背景技术
压缩机是一种用机械能将气体压缩成高压气体的装置，其一般可分为往复式、涡旋式、叶片式等多种形式。为了充分利用能量、防止或减少冷媒在压缩过程中可能产生的泄露，其压缩机构和作为压缩动力的驱动电机都密封地安装在同一个压缩机壳体内。压缩机工作时制冷剂受压液化产生大量热量，为了防止压缩机过热而损坏，一般都会设置热保护器，当过热时，会自动跳开，压缩机停止工作，这样反复停止工作压缩机寿命较短，所以需要较好的散热装置。
现有散热装置有加散热管或安装风扇等技术手段，如公开日为1990年10月31日申请号为89102582.0一种热管封闭式制冷压缩机由热管，封闭式制冷压缩机组成，压缩机的外壳上插有若干根热管，热管的热端伸入冷冻油中，冷端位于压缩机外壳的外侧，冷端上套有散热翅片。还有如专利号为200520031189.7的实用新型专利一种空调压缩机散热装置，在压缩机室的周围或顶部内壁上设有压缩机散热风扇，在压缩机室底板上设有空气流通孔。缩机散热风扇与控制电路相连，在压缩机排气口和空调器的室外机上分别设置有与控制电路相连的压缩机排气温度传感器和环境温度传感器。但是由于热量本身是通过外壳散发，所以外壳本身的设计也相当重要。
(三)发明内容
为了克服上述技术问题的不足，本实用新型提供一种对外壳机构改良具有较好散热功能的压缩机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：
一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，包括压缩机本体和外壳，外壳外表面四周设有若干散热片，散热片直立于外壳外表面，且散热片设有褶皱。
在外壳外表面加设直立于外壳表面的散热片，大大增加了散热面积，散热片由热传导效率较高的材料组成，外壳上的热量通过热传递传递到散热片，热量再通过散热片传递到空气中。且散热片的片数可根据需要设置，散热片的大小也可以随意调节。散热片不是一平面片状，而是设有褶皱，褶皱的设置也是为了增加散热面积，同样的散热效果可减少散热片所占的纵向空间。
散热片褶皱为正弦波形或三角波形或方波波形。褶皱的形状可以随意设置。
作为优选，散热片平行设置，且各个散热片之间的间距相同。散热片分布有序，且之间的间距相同则外壳表面散热均匀，散热效率较高。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型在压缩机外壳的外表面设置褶皱状的散热片，大大增加了散热面积，使得散热效率明显提高，避免压缩机经常因过热停止，延长了冰箱压缩机的使用寿命，且该结构简单，制造方便。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，包括压缩机本体和外壳，外壳1上设有进气口和排气口，外壳1的外表面直立设有若干散热片2，散热片2设有褶皱，褶皱形状可以为正弦波形、三角波形、方波波形或其它任意形状，各个散热片2平行设置，且之间的间距相同，即散热片2均匀设置在外壳上，各个散热片的高度也相同。

1.一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，包括压缩机本体和外壳，其特征在于所述的外壳外表面四周设有若干散热片，散热片直立于外壳外表面，且散热片设有褶皱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，其特征在于所述的散热片褶皱为正弦波形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，其特征在于所述的散热片褶皱为三角波形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，其特征在于所述的散热片褶皱为方波波形。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种设有散热结构的冰箱压缩机，其特征在于所述的散热片平行设置，且各个散热片之间的间距相同。
