背景技术
燃煤锅炉使用普遍,但污染较为严重,而且资源有限。生物质气化锅炉,采用秸杆、稻壳、杂草木质等作为原料,其原料取得方便,使用成本低,在农村广泛使用,可改变农村的用能结构,提高可再生能源利用率,缓解一次能源供需紧张的局面。而现有的生物质气化锅炉,一般都在炉体顶部设置加料口,较长秆棵料喂入不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种进料、出灰方便,热效率高的生物质气化锅炉。
本实用新型技术方案是:生物质气化锅炉,主要包括气体发生炉和二次燃烧炉两部分,两炉相连通,炉体均为水壁夹层,气体发生炉底部一侧为喂料口,另一侧为出灰口,一输送链条穿过气体发生炉底,两侧由喂料齿轮和支撑轮支撑,喂料齿轮通过减速器与电机相连接。
所述气体发生炉的炉体底部为料室,料室下方设有风室与风机相连接,炉体上部为气化室与料室之间设有若干根走烟管,使料室与气化室相连通,气化室内还设有若干排加热管,风机的二次补风管设置在气化室内;二次燃烧炉与气化室相通,二次燃烧炉内设有热水管与炉体水壁相连通;气体发生炉和二次燃烧炉分别设有进水管和出水管与暖气管道相连接。

本实用新型气体发生炉炉体一侧设有喂料口,碎料可由入料斗加入由输送链条送进料室,长料秆棵可以通过输送链条直接送入料室,燃烧后的灰尘由输送链条从出灰口直接输出炉外,使长料秆棵原料不用粉碎直接喂入,减少加工成本。本实用新型发生炉内设有加热管,气化室内设有二次补风管,提高锅炉热效率,原料在料室内点燃气化,燃气进入二次燃烧炉燃烧供热,适用于面积较大的房屋供暖,也可用于洗浴。气体发生炉与锅台或灶台相连接,可用于炊事使用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型生物质气化锅炉,主要包括气体发生炉1和二次燃烧炉3两部分,气体发生炉为水壁夹层,炉体底部为料室2,料室下方设有风室,风室上设有若干个排风孔与料室相通,风室与风机12相连接。炉体上部为气化室13与料室之间设有若干根走烟管20,使料室与气化室相连通,可燃气体通过走烟管进入气化室,气化室内还设有若干排加热管19,增大锅炉受热面积,提高锅炉热效率。风机的二次补风管22设置在气化室内,风机通过二次补风管22给气化室二次供风。二次燃烧炉与气化室相通,二次燃烧炉内设置有热水管4与炉体水壁相连通,6为二次燃烧炉的烟道,7为出灰门。气体发生炉底部一侧为喂料口14,另一侧为出灰口15,喂料口处设有入料斗10;一输送链条18穿过炉底,两端由喂料齿轮16和支撑轮17支撑,喂料齿轮通过减速器与电机21相连接;气体发生炉和二次燃烧炉分别设有进水管8和11和出水管5和9与暖气管道相连接。

1、一种生物质气化锅炉,主要包括气体发生炉(1)和二次燃烧炉(3)两部分,两炉相连通,炉体均为水壁夹层,其特征在于:气体发生炉底部一侧为喂料口(14),另一侧为出灰口(15),一输送链条(18)穿过气体发生炉底,两侧由喂料齿轮(16)和支撑轮(17)支撑,喂料齿轮通过减速器与电机(21)相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述一种生物质气化锅炉,其特征在于:所述气体发生炉的炉体底部为料室(2),料室下方设有风室与风机(12)相连接,炉体上部为气化室(13)与料室之间设有若干根走烟管(20),使料室与气化室相连通,气化室内还设有若干排加热管(19),风机的二次补风管(22)设置在气化室内;二次燃烧炉与气化室相通,二次燃烧炉内设有热水管(4)与炉体水壁相连通;气体发生炉和二次燃烧炉分别设有进水管和出水管与暖气管道相连接。
