本实用新型涉及机械构造领域，提供了一种金属门的结构缝隙处使用装饰盖缝条的结构。
背景技术
目前金属门的结构缝隙通常处理方法有：用玻璃胶直接把结构缝隙粘胶上；或者用橡胶密封条结合玻璃胶把缝隙粘胶上；或者用铝合金型材固接在金属门缝隙上。前两中方法处理简单，但不可避免的留下一条黑色或白色的胶体颜色，不美观，达不到要处理门面缝隙的美化目的；后一种处理方法，由于要定做铝合金型材，成本较高，铝合金材料与金属门材料不同造成颜色不同、即使使用涂料也会留下明显的色差，不美观且成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种盖缝条面板材料可任意选，且在面板表面可制作各种形状和图案，达到更好的美化门面装饰效果的盖缝条。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的：一种盖缝条，其主要技术特征所述的盖逢条由底座和与底座扣接的条状面板构成；所述的盖缝条底座为有高低落差的两个面组成，两个面成180度或90度角，盖逢条面板插入高的一面所形成的间隙里，完成盖缝条的面板与底座的卡扣固定；所述的底座两端翘起，盖缝条面板插入底座两端底部；底座长度与面板一样长或比面板短。

具体实施方式：
如图1为本实用新型的应用安装图，在金属门制造工艺中形成的缝隙应用本结构。
图2为门面制作工艺中边角缝隙使用的盖缝条截面放大图，1为盖缝条面板，2为盖缝条底座，3为面板1边缘凸槽，4为底座2边缘的凹槽。
图3为门面制作工艺中同一平面上缝隙使用的单边插扣的盖缝条截面放大图，1为盖缝条面板，2为盖缝条底座，3为面板1边缘凸槽，4为底座2边缘的凹槽。
图4为门面制作工艺中同一平面上缝隙使用的双边扣接的盖缝条截面放大图，1为盖缝条面板，2为盖缝条底座，3为面板1边缘凹槽，4为底座2边缘的凸槽。本实用新型通过盖缝条的底座2与面板1结构，形成一种盖逢条底座2与面板1新的连接方式，连接方便、简单、牢固，盖缝条底座2的长度可以与面板1同样长，也可以比面板1短，以节省材料，盖缝条面板1与底座2扣接，盖缝条的面板1可以设计各种线条与图案，产生美感，安装在门面缝隙处达到减少成本、安装方便、美化门面的效果。盖缝条的结构说明如下：
盖缝条有底座2和面板1组成，在底座2的一边或两边同时有凹槽4或凸槽3，在面板1的一边或两边同时有与底座边相对应的凸槽3或凹槽4，凹槽或凸槽的作用是当盖缝条面板1向底座2扣接时形成锁定而达到在无外力时面板1不会自我脱出，参照图2。
安装时，底座2先固定安装在金属门面板需要掩盖的缝隙处，面板1就扣接在底座2上。
实施案例一：根据门面缝隙的长度取好需要使用盖缝条底座与面板的长度，将盖缝条底座用螺钉固定在金属门面板的缝隙处，然后将盖缝条面板用力插扣接在底座上，完成盖缝条的安装。
实施案例二：将盖缝条底座若干段用螺钉固定在金属门面板的缝隙处的同一直线上，然后将盖缝条面板用力插扣接在底座上，完成盖缝条的安装。

1、一种盖缝条，其特征在于所述的盖逢条由底座和与底座扣接的条状面板构成。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种盖缝条，其特征在于所述的盖缝条底座为有高低落差的两个面组成，两个面成180度或90度角，盖逢条面板插入高的一面所形成的间隙里，完成盖缝条的面板与底座的卡扣固定。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种盖缝条，其特征在于所述的底座两端翘起，盖缝条面板插入底座两端底部。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种盖缝条，其特征在于底座长度与面板一样长或比面板短。
