本实用新型涉及一种内置百叶节能窗。
背景技术:
随着国家对建筑节能设计标准的实施,全国各地都提出建筑节能要求,特别对GB50189-2005《公共建筑节能设计标准》的贯彻实施,节能窗作为建筑节能中重要的部分正在广泛使用。节能窗应具有保温和遮阳性能,即以传热系数和遮阳系数共同评价窗的节能性,才能实现该标准中提出节能50%目标。百叶窗帘是一项传统的遮阳产品,中空玻璃可以降低传热系数属于保温产品,中空玻璃常应用于保温窗上。百叶窗帘使用过程中容易污染,清洗困难,影响使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种将百叶窗帘与中空玻璃合为一体,不但具有其遮阳性能,又突出了中空玻璃保温与隔声性能的内置百叶节能窗。本实用新型的技术方案是由以下结构实现的:一种内置百叶节能窗,百叶窗帘整体安装在中空玻璃内,中空玻璃镶嵌在窗框上,百叶窗帘上部铰接在窗框的转轴上,磁性控制块带动百叶片连接线,百叶片连接线带动卷曲和放开百叶片,特殊结构的玻璃压条限位在磁性控制块滑轨道上。本实用新型不仅产品性能更加完备,而且节省了使用空间。本实用新型专利的结构设计将百叶内置于中空玻璃中,中空玻璃镶嵌在窗框上,将保温窗与遮阳帘结合起来,从而达到节能要求。通过磁性控制块使百叶卷起、翻转,特殊结构的玻璃压条不但将中空玻璃固定,而且保证了磁性控制块的顺利滑行,同时保持了中空玻璃的原有的技术指标要求,实现了与保温窗制作一样的制作内置百叶节能窗。

具体实施方式
如图2所示的本实用新型为一种内置百叶节能窗,百叶窗帘整体安装在中空玻璃1内,中空玻璃1镶嵌在窗框2上,百叶窗帘3上部铰接在窗框2的转轴上,如图1所示,磁性控制块4带动百叶片连接线,百叶片连接线带动卷曲和放开百叶片,如图3所示,特殊结构的玻璃压条5限位在磁性控制块滑轨道上。百叶窗帘3整体安装在靠室内一侧的中空玻璃中,如图4所示,窗框2与窗扇均采用3-4层空腔结构。
本实施例中:
1、窗框、扇采用3-4腔。
2、百叶窗帘整体安装在中空玻璃内,通过磁性控制块实现百叶的卷曲和放开、百叶的翻转功能,特殊结构的玻璃压条保证磁性控制块滑行自如。
3、中空玻璃可采用钢化玻璃、普通玻璃。
4、中空玻璃隔条宽度可采用9mm、12mm、14mm、20mm。
5、三层中空玻璃,百叶窗帘整体安装在室内一侧。
6、玻璃压条采用特殊结构(见图1、图2)

1、一种内置百叶节能窗,其特征是:百叶窗帘整体安装在中空玻璃(1)内,中空玻璃(1)镶嵌在窗框(2)上,百叶窗帘(3)上部铰接在窗框(2)的转轴(6)上,磁性控制块(4)带动百叶片连接线,百叶片连接线带动卷曲和放开百叶片,特殊结构的玻璃压条(5)限位在磁性控制块滑轨道上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种内置百叶节能窗,其特征是:百叶窗帘(3)整体安装在靠室内一侧的中空玻璃中,窗框(2)与窗扇均采用3-4层空腔结构。
