塑钢门窗是国家重点推广的一种产品,它比传统钢窗、木窗和铝合金门窗在隔热保温性能、隔音效果、抗老化性能、气密性和水密性等方面均有了很大提高,并且塑钢门窗与其他的传统门窗相比更环保更节能,在我国提倡建设节约型社会的背景下具有特别的意义。塑钢门窗分为平开和推拉两大类,其中平开三密封系列材料应用最为广泛,目前市场上的三密封材料通常为四腔室设计,保温节能性能还不十分理想;此外目前市场上的三密封材料皆为一体式结构,在组装过程中造成了很多不便,单窗成本也相对较高。

本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在问题,提供一种结构简单、易于生产和组装、节约材料、降低成本、生产效率高且隔热保温性能良好的塑钢65六腔三密封平开窗异型材。

具体实施方式
实施例:
一种塑钢65三密封平开窗异型材,由平开框1、平开扇2、平开梃3、垫桥4和压条5组成,平开框1、平开扇2和平开梃3均采用六腔结构,所述六腔包括排水腔6、钢衬腔7和四个保温腔8-I、8-II、8-III、8-IV;垫桥4设有保温腔8-V并采用卡接结构,即垫桥4两侧设置两个卡接9-I、9-II,用卡接9-I、9-II将垫桥4固定在平开框1、平开梃3的置玻槽10处,使垫桥4与平开扇2一起实现三密封功能;压条5高度为20mm。
本实用新型所述三密封意指窗开启部分的三道密封,它是这样实现的:框(梃)与扇通过胶条实现第一道密封;扇与卡接在框中的垫桥通过胶条形成第二道密封;框(梃)与扇通过胶条形成第三道密封。采用该结构平开窗异型材可使保温节能效果提高1~2倍,同时标窗出窗率较其他材料增加近20米2。

1.一种塑钢65三密封平开窗异型材,其特征在于:由平开框、平开扇、平开梃、垫桥和压条组成,平开框、平开扇和平开梃均采用六腔结构,所述六腔包括排水腔、钢衬腔和四个保温腔;垫桥设有保温腔并采用卡接结构,即垫桥两侧设置两个卡接,用卡接将垫桥固定在平开框、平开梃的置玻槽处,使垫桥与平开扇一起实现三密封功能;压条高度不小于20mm。
