实施例:
一种塑钢65三密封平开窗异型材,由平开框1、平开扇2、平开梃3、垫桥4和压条5组成,平开框1、平开扇2和平开梃3均采用六腔结构,所述六腔包括排水腔6、钢衬腔7和四个保温腔8-I、8-II、8-III、8-IV;垫桥4设有保温腔8-V并采用卡接结构,即垫桥4两侧设置两个卡接9-I、9-II,用卡接9-I、9-II将垫桥4固定在平开框1、平开梃3的置玻槽10处,使垫桥4与平开扇2一起实现三密封功能;压条5高度为20mm。
本实用新型所述三密封意指窗开启部分的三道密封,它是这样实现的:框(梃)与扇通过胶条实现第一道密封;扇与卡接在框中的垫桥通过胶条形成第二道密封;框(梃)与扇通过胶条形成第三道密封。采用该结构平开窗异型材可使保温节能效果提高1~2倍,同时标窗出窗率较其他材料增加近20米2
