(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有防火功能的镜面铝塑复合板。主要用于建筑室内装饰。属装饰材料技术领域。
(二)背景技术
铝塑复合板因其具有易加工、材质轻、不易破碎等特点，而被广泛用作室内外墙壁的装饰、广告牌装饰等。常规的铝塑复合板为三层结构，自上而下依次为铝板层、塑料板层、铝板层，形式单一、美观效果差。随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对美的要求也越来越高，常规的铝塑复合板很难满足特定人群对品质的要求。在厨房炊具、家用电器设备、家具等方面，要求表面光洁、闪亮，以体现整个空间的干净、清爽，而常规的铝塑复合板很难达到这种要求。且常规的铝塑板不具有阻燃效果，很难满足现代建筑对防火的要求。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种阻燃效果好、表面光洁、闪亮、美观的具有防火功能的镜面铝塑复合板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种具有防火功能的镜面铝塑复合板，它自上而下依次由正面铝板、防火芯板层和背面铝板紧密复合而成，其特征在于正面铝板表面呈镜面状，所述背面铝板表面设置有防腐层。

(五)具体实施方式
参见图1，本实用新型具有防火功能的镜面铝塑复合板，它以铝塑复合板为基础，所述基础铝塑复合板由正面、背面两层铝板1、3以及中间的防火芯板层2连续热压复合而成，正面铝板1为经过加工表面呈镜面状的铝板，正面铝板1表面覆有可剥离保护膜层。背面铝板3表面为经过化学预处理的防腐的光铝表面或预滚涂防腐烤漆层4。
防火芯板层2使用的是难燃的氢氧化镁、氢氧化钠等难燃物质和PE的聚合物，可以有不同的厚度。
防火工作原理：
当出现火灾的时候，防火芯板层氢氧化镁在受热时(340-490℃)发生分解，吸收燃烧物表面热量，起到阻燃作用；同时释放出大量水分，稀释燃物表面的氧气；分解生成的活性氧化镁附着在可燃物表面，又进一步阻止了燃烧的进行。

1、一种具有防火功能的镜面铝塑复合板，所述铝塑复合板它自上而下依次由正面铝板(1)、防火芯板层(2)和背面铝板(3)紧密复合而成，其特征在于正面铝板(1)表面层镜面状，所述背面铝板(3)表面设置有防腐层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火功能的镜面铝塑复合板，其特征在于所述镜面状正面铝板(1)表面设置有保护膜层。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有防火功能的镜面铝塑复合板，其特征在于所述防腐层(4)为防腐烤漆层。
