本实用新型涉及一种鞋楦，特别是一种成鞋耐折试验时装在成鞋内的可折式鞋楦。
背景技术
根据GB/T3903.1鞋类通用检验方法耐折试验方法要求，成鞋在耐折试验时，必须装上可折鞋楦，对成鞋进行耐折试验。可折鞋楦须前楦体和后楦体分开，用铰链相联，由于耐折试验频率高、次数多，目前公知的可折鞋楦固定铰链螺丝易脱落或铰链易断裂，影响了正常的检验，急需一种固定铰链螺丝不易脱落，铰链又不易断裂的可折式鞋楦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种固定铰链螺丝不易脱落，铰链又不易断裂的可折式鞋楦。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案予以实现。
本实用新型由前、后楦体、固定螺丝、铰链、垫片、弹簧、固定螺帽构成，二根固定螺丝分别穿透前、后楦体，在前楦和后楦联接的可折端分别用铰链固定住固定螺丝一头，在距离前楦头端和后楦末端10公分左右处，分别开一个切口，从切口内装上依次套入固定螺丝的垫片、弹簧和固定螺帽，用固定螺帽分别将固定螺丝固定。
本实用新型用固定螺帽将固定螺丝固定；固定螺丝上加装弹簧，使可折式鞋楦在受到过重受力时压缩弹簧，通过缓冲作用免将固定铰链拉断，具有固定螺丝不易脱落，铰链不易断裂的特点。

根据图1所示，本实用新型由前楦体1、后楦体2、固定螺丝3和4、铰链5、垫片6和7、弹簧8和9、固定螺帽10和11构成，二根固定螺丝3和4分别穿透前楦体1和后楦体2，在前楦1和后楦2联接的可折端分别用铰链5固定住固定螺丝3和4一头，在距离前楦1头端和后楦2末端10公分左右处，分别开一个切口12和13，从切口12和13内装上依次套入固定螺丝3和4的垫片6和7、弹簧8和9和固定螺帽10和11，用固定螺帽10和11分别将固定螺丝固定3和4既可。

1.一种可折式鞋楦，其特征是由前楦体(1)、后楦体(2)、固定螺丝(3)和(4)、铰链(5)、垫片(6)和(7)、弹簧(8)和(9)、固定螺帽(10)和(11)构成，二根固定螺丝(3)和(4)分别穿透前楦体(1)和后楦体(2)，在前楦(1)和后楦(2)联接的可折端分别用铰链(5)固定住固定螺丝(3)和(4)一头，在距离前楦(1)头端和后楦(2)末端处，分别开一个切口(12)和(13)，从切口(12)和(13)内装上依次套入固定螺丝(3)和(4)的垫片(6)和(7)、弹簧(8)和(9)和固定螺帽(10)和(11)，用固定螺帽(10)和(11)分别将固定螺丝固定(3)和(4)。
