技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能水箱,尤其是涉及一种具有稳流大换热面搪瓷换热内胆的太阳能水箱。
背景技术
随着太阳能热水器的普及,用户对热水器的功能要求越来越高。现有技术的太阳能水箱,其结构一般包括外壳、进出水管、换热器以及内胆。这种水箱除了采用电加热外,还可通过水箱内的换热器进行介质循环,从而提高水箱的换热效果。但目前的换热器大都采用圆形,由于结构的原因,占用水箱内的体积比较大,相对换热表面积却小,换热效果不能令人满意;另外,圆形结构换热器的承压能力也不够,一旦换热器由于压力而变形,其外表面的搪瓷会剥落,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种承压能力强,能够保证换热效果的具有稳流大换热面搪瓷换热内胆的太阳能水箱。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括介质循环接口、换热器以及内胆主体,其特征在于:所述的换热器为狭长的腰鼓形结构,其截面为腰鼓形。
本实用新型所述的换热器内设有加强筋,加强筋为上下交错分布。
本实用新型采用的上述结构,狭长腰鼓形的换热器使得占用水箱内的体积小,相对换热表面积变大,能够保证换热效果;换热器内上下交错分布的加强筋,不仅提高了承压能力,而且可以控制水的流动为稳流。

具体实施方式
由附图可知,该具有稳流大换热面搪瓷换热内胆的太阳能水箱包括介质循环接口1、2,换热器3以及内胆主体4,所述的换热器3为狭长的腰鼓形结构,其截面5为腰鼓形。作为本实用新型的另一种实施方案,所述的换热器3内可以设有加强筋6,加强筋6为上下交错分布。加强筋可以采用钢板焊接在换热器内部,换热器的外表面可以设有搪瓷层,以延长换热器的使用寿命。使用中,从介质循环接口1、2加入循环介质(油、水、酒精、防冻液等),太阳能集热器中的循环介质通过介质将热量传递到换热器3,再通过换热器3把热量传递至水箱内胆主体4中的水,从而达到加热水的目的。换热器内上下交错分布的加强筋,不仅提高了承压能力,而且可以控制水的流动为稳流,也能进一步提高换热效果。

2、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有稳流大换热面搪瓷换热内胆的太阳能水箱,其特征在于:所述的换热器内设有加强筋,加强筋为上下交错分布。
