技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种切割刀片，特别是一种碎枝或粉碎机械设备上使用的刀片。
背景技术
碎枝或粉碎机械设备是一种粉碎园林树枝、农业种植的茎杆枝叶的农林机械，粉碎后的茎杆枝叶易于腐烂，可以作为有机肥用于树木根培或农业大田回用，因此刀片质量好坏直接影响茎杆枝叶粉碎质量。传统刀片一般由钢质材料制成，刃口硬度一般在HRC55以下，刀片在使用过程中存以以下不足之处：一是刀片刃口硬度过高时，虽然锋利，粉碎质量好，但刀口容易爆裂；二是刀片刃口硬度过低时，刀口容易磨损，粉碎质量差；三是刀片热处理难度大；最后导致刀片使用寿命短。为此，许多生产厂家和有识之士都进行了开发和研制，但至今尚未有较好的产品面世。
发明内容
为克服现有碎枝或粉碎机刀片存在的上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、粉碎质量好、使用寿命长的碎枝或粉碎机刀片。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案，其刀体为平行四边形结构，刀体上至少有二个固定孔，所述刀体的刀口上镶接有硬质合金刀刃，硬质合金刀刃的刃角为58度，刀口的角度为63度。
为了使刀口锋利，刀体又有较好的机械强度，所述的硬质合金刀刃的热处理刃口硬度为HRC58-65，刀体调质硬度为HRC23-30。
为了便于切割粉碎，所述刀口与侧边的夹角为60至70度。
采用上述结构后，本实用新型有如下优点：一是由于硬质合金刀刃的刃角为58度，刀口的角度为63度，这样可保证刀口的长度，使硬质合金刀刃得到刀体较好的支撑硬质合金，提高刃口的机械强度；二是刀体与硬质合金刀刃可以分开进行硬度处理，从而可确保刀片既有锋利的刀口，又有较好的机械强度；三是刃口爆裂少，耐磨性能好。

图1和图2所示，为本实用新型一种碎枝或粉碎机刀片的具体实施方案，其刀体1为平行四边形结构，刀体1上至少有二个固定孔2，可以将刀片牢固固定在刀盘上，所述刀体1的刀口上镶接有硬质合金刀刃3，硬质合金刀刃3的刃角为58度，刀口的角度为63度，这样既能保证刀口长度，又能提高刃口的强度。刀体1与硬质合金刀刃3分开进行硬度处理，硬质合金刀刃3的热处理刃口硬度为HRC58-65，使刀片具有锋利的刀口，刀体1调质硬度为HRC23-30，使刀片具有较好的机械强度。所述刀口与侧边的夹角为60至70度，可方便切割粉碎。

1、一种碎枝或粉碎机刀片，其刀体(1)为平行四边形结构，刀体(1)上至少有二个固定孔(2)，其特征是：所述刀体(1)的刀口上镶接有硬质合金刀刃(3)，硬质合金刀刃(3)的刃角为58度，刀口的角度为63度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的碎枝或粉碎机刀片，其特征是：所述的硬质合金刀刃(3)的热处理刃口硬度为HRC58-65，刀体(1)调质硬度为HRC23-30。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的碎枝或粉碎机刀片，其特征是：所述刀口与侧边的夹角为60至70度。
