背景技术
目前，在眼科临床手术中，由于人工晶体植入手术的成功，使得白内障摘除术成为治疗白内障的手段，但这种手术的创面清理比较复杂，术中房前冲洗是重要一环，传统的冲洗工艺是用单针管冲洗，但不彻底，并发症多。一般术中使用的引流器又达不到要求，这是因为手术时眼内前房压力要求恒定，即在吸取前房残液时，为保持前房压力不变，必须同步往内注水，这就要求两人同时操作，一个进行引流抽吸，另一个往内注水，而且必须配合好。这样显得即麻烦，又不容易同步，不能始终保持眼内压力的恒定。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，单人操作即可完成同步注吸动作，使眼内压力保持恒定的眼科手术用注吸器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该眼科手术用注吸器由针筒、活塞、针栓、双腔注吸针头组成，针筒后端内壁设有密封圈，针筒内活塞上面的圆柱形针栓穿过密封圈并与密封圈滑动密封连接；针筒外壁轴向设有与针筒后端内腔相通的导管，双腔注吸针头后端的两个接头分别套装在导管前端和针筒前端的乳头上。
使用时，向前推动针栓即可通过活塞将针筒内的液体通过双腔注吸针头中的一个针腔推出，同时活塞后面的针筒内形成负压，即可通过导管将前房内的残液同步等量的抽吸到活塞后面的针筒内。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用方便，单人操作即可完成同步等量注吸动作，使注入和抽吸液体量相等，从而使眼内前房压力保持恒定，有利于手术进行。
