Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种用于连接线缆的电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子及固持于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述遮蔽壳体设有盖体及自盖体两端弯折延伸的定位腿部,该定位腿部设有延伸于绝缘本体外的操作部及位于该操作部下方的卡持部,所述操作部可方便操作人员组装或者拆卸所述遮蔽壳体,所述卡持部可将所述遮蔽壳体固定于一电路板上实现稳定连接。

【技术领域】
本实用新型公开一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种连接线缆的电连接器。
【背景技术】
美国专利第6,454,606号揭示了一种连接线缆并与一对接连接器对接的电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及包覆于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体呈纵向延伸并设有主体部及自主体部向前延伸的对接舌板,所述主体部及对接舌板上设有若干收容所述导电端子的槽道,所述导电端子水平设于所述槽道内,所述线缆前端的线芯与所述导电端子接触,线缆后端向后延伸出绝缘本体的主体部,所述遮蔽壳体自上而下组装至所述绝缘本体上并将所述导电端子及线缆遮蔽于其与绝缘本体形成的空间内,所述遮蔽壳体两端固持于绝缘本体上。当电连接器与对接连接器对接后,所述电连接器仅仅依靠对接舌板及导电端子与对接连接器之间的固持力,以保证两连接器间的稳定连接,但是,在遇到外力冲击或者震动时,此种连接的稳定性通常难以得到保障,往往需要其他的固持装置来稳固电连接器以防止其受到冲击后与对接连接器无法可靠连接。
因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出一种新电连接器以解决上述问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有稳固保持力的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子及固持于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述遮蔽壳体设有盖体及自盖体两端弯折延伸的定位腿部,该定位腿部设有延伸于绝缘本体外的操作部及位于该操作部下方的卡持部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器通过在遮蔽壳体上设有一定位腿部,该定位腿部设有操作部及卡持部,所述操作部可以方便操作人员组装或者拆卸遮蔽壳体,而所述卡持部则可稳固固定所述遮蔽壳体。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型提供一种用以连接线缆300并与对接连接器200对接的电连接器100,其包括绝缘本体10、收容于绝缘本体10内的若干端子20、组装至绝缘本体上表面的遮蔽壳体30及固持于绝缘本体内并用以卡持线缆300的卡扣片40。所述电连接器100后端用于连接所述线缆300,底端则用于与对接连接器200对接。
请参阅图2所示,所述绝缘本体10设有纵长形主体部11、设于主体部11纵长两端的安装部12。所述纵长形主体部11设有位于绝缘本体10顶部并用以安装所述线缆300的安装面13、位于绝缘本体10底部并用以与对接连接器200对接的对接面14及连接所述安装面13与对接面14的侧面15。所述安装面13上设有若干向下凹陷并纵向排列的收容槽16及设于所述纵长形主体部11一侧的狭长形卡槽17。所述收容槽16向下贯通所述安装面13并向下延伸至绝缘本体10底部的对接面14。所述卡槽17由所述安装面13向下凹设至对接面14而形成并与侧面15相邻。所述安装部12自所述主体部11两端向纵长方向延伸出并设有由上而下设置的固持孔18。
请继续参阅图2所示,所述端子20由上而下收容于所述安装面13上的收容槽16内并呈纵向排列。所述端子20大致呈L形,其包括水平设置的第一接触臂21及自该第一接触臂21一端向下垂直延伸的第二接触臂22。所述第一接触臂21水平设于所述安装面13上并用以与所述线缆300接触,所述第二接触臂22自所述安装面13向所述对接面14延伸用以与对接连接器200对接。
请参阅图2及图4所示,遮蔽壳体30自上而下组装于所述绝缘本体10的主体部11上并与该主体部11之间形成一收容所述线缆300的收容空间,所述遮蔽壳体30包括呈纵长形的平板状盖体31、自所述盖体31两端向下弯折的固持片32及定位腿部33。所述盖体31水平设置并设有纵向延伸的侧边,该侧边设有向下延伸并位于所述定位腿部33之间的锯齿状卡合部34,用以由上而下卡持所述线缆300。所述固持片32自盖体31两端边缘垂直向下弯折并卡持于所述固持孔18内以与绝缘本体10固持。所述定位腿部33形成于所述盖体31的同一侧边上,并自所述侧边的纵向两端向下垂直弯折延伸出绝缘本体10底部,该定位腿部33末端形成一叉状卡持部35用以插入电路板(未图示)内起固持作用,所述定位腿部33的两侧边向外弯折延伸而形成一操作部36,所述操作部36设于所述叉状卡持部35的上方,操作人员可以沿上、下方向手动操作该操作部36,可更加方便地拆卸或者组装遮蔽壳体30至所述绝缘本体10上。所述叉状卡持部35与操作部36之间设有自定位腿部33两侧边水平延伸出的限位部37,用以卡持于所述电路板(未图示)上以限制叉状卡持部35过度插入电路板(未图示)内。
所述卡持片40为一纵长形金属片冲压而成,其设有一纵长形的基部41,该基部41自下而上固持于所述绝缘本体10的主体部11内,其上边缘设有若干沿纵长方向排列设置的隔栏42,所述隔栏42向上突伸出所述绝缘本体10主体部11的安装面13,用以由下而上卡持所述线缆300。
请继续参阅图2所示,所述对接连接器200固定于电路板(未图示)上,其包括纵长形本体部50、收容于本体部50内并与所述电连接器端子20接触的导电端子60及固持于本体部50纵向两端的固定件70用以与电路板(未图示)固定。
请参阅图3所示,所述遮蔽壳体30自上而下组装至绝缘本体10的安装面13上,当组装不稳或者因其他原因需要拆卸遮蔽壳体30重新组装时,操作人员可通过所述操作部36方便地进行相关的操作。当所述端子20、卡持片40、线缆300及遮蔽壳体30等相继组装完毕后,电连接器100自上而下与所述对接连接器200对接,所述遮蔽壳体30通过定位腿部33的叉状卡持部35实现与对接连接器200所在电路板(未图示)的稳固定位,从而使得电连接器100与对接连接器200可以更加稳固地对接在一起。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子及固持于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体设有盖体部分及自盖体两端弯折延伸的定位腿部,该定位腿部设有延伸于绝缘本体外的操作部及位于该操作部下方的卡持部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述定位腿部向下垂直延伸,所述卡持部形成于该定位腿部的末端用以将遮蔽壳体卡持于一电路板上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述定位腿部两侧设有水平延伸的限位部,该限位部位于所述操作部及所述卡持部之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述盖体呈纵长形并设有两纵向延伸的侧边,所述定位腿部形成于所述盖体的同一侧边。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述盖体与绝缘本体间设有用以收容线缆的收容空间,所述盖体的侧边上设有若干用以卡持线缆的锯齿状卡合部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述锯齿状卡合部由上而下延伸并设于所述定位腿部之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体的盖体水平设于所述绝缘本体上方,其两端设有向下弯折并卡持于所述绝缘本体的固持片。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器进一步包括由下而上固持于绝缘本体内的卡持片,该卡持片上边缘设有凸伸入所述收容空间内用以卡持线缆的隔栏。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述定位腿部向下延伸出绝缘本体的底部。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子呈L形,其包括水平设置的第一接触臂及自该第一接触臂一端向下垂直延伸的第二接触臂。
