Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型气阀,包括阀体,所述的阀体上设有主气孔,在阀体中部设有封口柱,阀体上设有可紧套在封口柱外表面并可将主气孔密封的弹性封口罩,其技术方案的要点是,所述的封口柱上设有内外相通的阀芯安装孔,所述的阀芯安装孔内装有用于微调气压的阀芯。本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便,可对充气产品内的充气量方便地微调的新型气阀。

Description

一种新型气阀
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种阀门,更具体地说是一种气阀。
(二)背景技术:
目前充气阀被广泛应到充气产品上,比如气垫床、充气泳池、充气玩具、气垫船等。现有的充气阀都只有通过主气孔进气或出气,这样当需要微调补气或放气就很不方便,不能进行微调。急需有一种可微调的气阀用于充气产品。
(三)实用新型内容:
本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便,可对充气产品内的充气量方便地微调的新型气阀。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型气阀,包括阀体,所述的阀体上设有主气孔,在阀体中部设有封口柱,阀体上设有可紧套在封口柱外表面并可将主气孔密封的弹性封口罩,其中,所述的封口柱上设有内外相通的阀芯安装孔,所述的阀芯安装孔内装有用于微调气压的阀芯。
如上所述的阀芯安装孔中部设有带有微调透气孔的栅板,所述的阀芯包括安装在栅板内侧的密封垫,所述的密封垫上设有紧扣柱,所述的密封垫内侧设有可在阀芯安装孔内滑动并带动密封垫滑动的微调活塞板,所述的微调活塞板上设有与紧扣柱配合扣紧的通孔,所述的微调活塞板上设有连轴杆,所述的连轴杆穿过栅板,在栅板外侧设有拉紧微调活塞板使阀芯保持常闭的拉紧装置。
如上所述的拉紧装置包括设置在栅板外侧的活动栅板,活动栅板与栅板之间设有拉紧弹簧,活动栅板卡装在所述的连轴杆上。
如上所述的封口罩上通过连接带连接有用于封堵封口罩孔口的封口塞。
如上所述的连接带、封口塞、封口罩孔口与封口罩为一体。
如上所述的封口罩的外缘与阀体的外缘热熔接密封。
如上所述的主气孔为4个。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下优点:
1、本实用新型在阀体中部设有微调阀芯,可对充气产品内的气压进行微调,方便调节产品的气压。
2、本实用新型的封口罩上设有用于封堵封口罩孔口的封口塞,可对微调阀芯进行保护和二次密封。
3、本实用新型结构简单,使用方便。

(五)具体实施方式:
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,一种新型气阀,包括阀体1,所述的阀体1上设有主气孔101,所述的主气孔101可为3个或4个。在阀体1中部设有封口柱102,阀体1上设有可紧套在封口柱102外表面并可将主气孔101密封的弹性封口罩2,封口罩2可由强力橡胶制成,所述的封口柱102上设有内外相通的阀芯安装孔105,所述的阀芯安装孔105内装有用于微调气压的阀芯3。
所述的阀芯安装孔105中部设有带有微调透气孔的栅板106,所述的阀芯3包括安装在栅板106内侧的密封垫301,所述的密封垫301上设有紧扣柱3011,所述的密封垫内侧设有可在阀芯安装孔105内滑动并带动密封垫301滑动的微调活塞板302,所述的微调活塞板302上设有与紧扣柱3011配合扣紧的通孔3021,所述的微调活塞板302上设有连轴杆3022,所述的连轴杆3022穿过栅板106,在栅板106外侧设有拉紧微调活塞板302使阀芯3保持常闭的拉紧装置4。
所述的拉紧装置4包括设置在栅板106外侧的活动栅板303,活动栅板303与栅板106之间设有拉紧弹簧304,活动栅板303卡装在所述的连轴杆3022上,用弹簧卡子卡紧。
所述的封口罩2上通过连接带202连接有用于封堵封口罩孔口203的封口塞201。
所述的连接带202、封口塞201、封口罩孔口203与封口罩2为一体。所述的封口罩2的外缘与阀体1的外缘热熔接。
如图1、图5所示,由于阀芯3处于常闭状态,只要将封口罩2按下使封口罩2的罩嘴紧套在封口柱102的外侧表面上,主气孔101就被封闭,整个充气产品就被完全封闭。再将封口塞201封堵到封口罩孔口203上,对调节阀芯保护。
如图2、图7所示,需要大量放气或充气时,将封口罩2拉出使其脱离封口柱102,则主气孔101就与外界相通完成放气或充气。
如图6所示,需要对充气产品内的气压进行微调时,只需将活动栅板303按下,密封垫301和栅板106则脱离密封状态,即可微量调节充气和泄气。
本实用新型的阀芯结构不限于上述的方案,可实现微调的阀芯即可。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型气阀,包括阀体(1),所述的阀体(1)上设有主气孔(101),在阀体(1)中部设有封口柱(102),阀体(1)上设有可紧套在封口柱(102)外表面并可将主气孔(101)密封的弹性封口罩(2),其特征在于:所述的封口柱(102)上设有内外相通的阀芯安装孔(105),所述的阀芯安装孔(105)内装有用于微调气压的阀芯(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型气阀,其特征在于:所述的阀芯安装孔(105)中部设有带有微调透气孔的栅板(106),所述的阀芯(3)包括安装在栅板(106)内侧的密封垫(301),所述的密封垫(301)上设有紧扣柱(3011),所述的密封垫内侧设有可在阀芯安装孔(105)内滑动并带动密封垫(301)滑动的微调活塞板(302),所述的微调活塞板(302)上设有与紧扣柱(3011)配合扣紧的通孔(3021),所述的微调活塞板(302)上设有连轴杆(3022),所述的连轴杆(3022)穿过栅板(106),在栅板(106)外侧设有拉紧微调活塞板(302)使阀芯(3)保持常闭的拉紧装置(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型气阀,其特征在于:所述的拉紧装置(4)包括设置在栅板(106)外侧的活动栅板(303),活动栅板(303)与栅板(106)之间设有拉紧弹簧(304),活动栅板(303)卡装在所述的连轴杆(3022)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型气阀,其特征在于:所述的封口罩(2)上通过连接带(202)连接有用于封堵封口罩孔口(203)的封口塞(201)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型气阀,其特征在于:所述的连接带(202)、封口塞(201)、封口罩孔口(203)与封口罩(2)为一体。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型气阀,其特征在于:所述的封口罩(2)的外缘与阀体(1)的外缘热熔接密封。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型气阀,其特征在于:所述的主气孔(101)为4个。
