Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种空气过滤器，尤其是一种用来清除灰尘的密褶式空气过滤器，它主要包括由两个侧板、两个边框和数个槽板插接而成过滤器外框及装入外框内的滤芯，其特点是，在侧板装配面上设有带倾斜角的柱状突起，在槽板装配端设有与柱状突起相吻合的槽孔；采用上述结构，在组装过滤器时将槽板插入侧板，柱状突起进入槽板的槽孔中，从而实现槽板与侧板的配合连接，提高装配工作效率。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空气过滤器，尤其是一种应用于各种通风系统的空气净化场所，用来清除灰尘的密褶式空气过滤器。
二、背景技术
目前，在各种通风系统的空气净化场所，如中央空调系统的净化箱内，半数以上的箱体中加装了密褶式空气过滤器。该种过滤器在组装时，侧板上有孔，将槽板上的突起插入侧板的孔中，然后用焊接的方式使侧板和槽板连接，在焊接时不但产生大量烟雾和有害气体，威胁操作人员的健康，而且组装速度慢，工作效率较低。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在克服上述已有技术的不足，而提供一种装配效率高、工作环境污染小的密褶式空气过滤器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种密褶式空气过滤器，主要包括由两个侧板、两个边框和数个槽板插接而成过滤器外框及装入外框内的滤芯，其特殊之处在于，在侧板上的装配面上设有带倾斜角的柱状突起，在槽板的装配端设有与柱状突起相吻合的槽孔。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有的积极效果是，在组装过滤器时将槽板插入侧板，圆柱状突起直接进入槽板的槽孔中，从而快速实现槽板与侧板的连接，提高装配工作效率，减少装配污染。

五、具体实施方式
为更好的理解本实用新型，下面结合附图和具体实施例对其作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1-图5可见，本实用新型所述的密褶式空气过滤器主要是由过滤器外框和置于其内的滤芯构成的，过滤器外框是由两个侧板4、两个边框6和数个槽板1插接而成的，在侧板4的装配面上设有带倾斜角的柱状突起5，槽板1的两端各设有一个与柱状突起5相吻合的槽孔7，带倾斜角的柱状突起5与侧板4是一次挤压成型的；在组装过滤器时将槽板1插入侧板4，柱状突起5就进入槽板1的槽孔7中，从而实现槽板与侧板的连接，再与边框一起插接成过滤器的外框，然后将裁好的滤芯3装入外框中，再将另一部分槽板1插入侧板4，最后将密封胶2灌入过滤器中，使滤芯3和过滤器外框实现密封结合，其装配方便快捷，效率高，环境污染小。
使用时，将上述密褶式空气过滤器安装在箱体的框架上即可。

1、一种密褶式空气过滤器，主要包括由两个侧板(4)、两个边框(6)和数个槽板(1)插接而成过滤器外框及装入外框内的滤芯(3)，其特征在于：在侧板(4)的装配面上设有带倾斜角的柱状突起(5)，在槽板(1)装配端设有与柱状突起(5)相吻合的槽孔(7)。
