发明内容：
本实用新型的目的，就在于克服上述的缺点，而提供的一种既卫生，使用又方便美观的椭圆形鱼锅。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种椭圆形鱼锅是由椭圆形锅体、锅盖和把手所组成的，其特征在于：把锅体加工成椭圆形的锅体，这样做鱼时，整条鱼就生熟均匀。

为了美观大方，椭圆形锅体1采用铸造加工成一体，或使用的材料为1.5-3毫米各种材质的钢板加工成上口为椭圆形，锅盖2的形状为椭圆形，与锅口相吻合。
综上所述，本实用新型使用方便卫生，热效率高，而且大大减轻了厨师的劳动强度。
