本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种新型指甲锉刀，包括刀尖、锉齿、锉柄，在锉柄的一端制作上一个挖勺，挖勺和刀尖、锉齿、锉柄制作成一个整体。
本实用新型一种新型指甲锉刀因为在刀柄的一段制作有一个挖勺，所以用户利用这种指甲锉刀来清除耳朵内的分泌物非常的方便，而且具有结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便的优点。
