本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由杯盖和茶杯组成的双层茶杯，其特征是：在现有茶杯和杯盖之间另设置一层放置茶叶的茶叶盒。使用时将外出所需茶叶装入茶叶盒，盖上茶叶盒杯盖，出门携带很方便。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、一物多用效果好。
