本实用新型是一种制冷热泵系统的节流装置,包括电子膨胀阀(1),其特征在于还包括变形连接管路(2),电子膨胀阀(1)和变形连接管路(2)并联或串联连接。本实用新型由于采用变形连接管路代替毛细管与电子膨胀阀配合进行节流,不仅能够达到与毛细管同样的节流效果,而且降低了成本。

本实用新型是一种制冷热泵系统的节流装置,属于制冷热泵系统的节流装置的改进技术。
背景技术
现有制冷热泵系统一般采用电子膨胀阀及毛细管进行节流,电子膨胀阀与毛细管串联或并联连接,毛细管完成大致节流调节,电子膨胀阀完成精确调节,但该节流装置因设置有毛细管,因此成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题而提供一种成本低,能够达到与现有技术同样节流效果的制冷热泵系统的节流装置。
本实用新型是一种制冷热泵系统的节流装置,包括电子膨胀阀、
变形连接管路,电子膨胀阀和变形连接管路并联或串联连接。
上述变形连接管路的中部位置压扁变形形成。
上述变形连接管路的中部位置由其两端内径收缩变形而成。
本实用新型由于采用变形连接管路代替毛细管与电子膨胀阀配合进行节流,不仅能够达到与毛细管同样的节流效果,而且降低了成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实用新型制冷热泵系统的节流装置,如图1所示,包括电子膨胀阀1、变形连接管路2,电子膨胀阀1和变形连接管路2并联连接。本实施例中,上述变形连接管路2的中部位置压扁变形形成。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:电子膨胀阀1和变形连接管路2串联连接,变形连接管路2的中部位置由其两端内径收缩变形而成。

1、一种制冷热泵系统的节流装置,包括电子膨胀阀(1),其特征在于还包括变形连接管路(2),电子膨胀阀(1)和变形连接管路(2)并联或串联连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制冷热泵系统的节流装置,其特征在于上述变形连接管路(2)的中部位置压扁变形形成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制冷热泵系统的节流装置,其特征在于上述变形连接管路(2)的中部位置由其两端内径收缩变形而成。
