Abstract

本实用新型为了解决现有坐垫通风、散热效果差的问题，提供一种结构简单、舒适性好、通风散热效果好的坐垫内芯，其包括衬垫，衬垫为由软性多孔材料制成的透气垫，衬垫上设有具有许多通孔的塑料支撑板，支撑板靠近坐垫和靠背连接处的一边成型有风道，风道内安装有连通电源的风扇，风道位于衬垫的一边设有出风口，支撑板边缘具有包覆衬垫边缘的边框。本实用新型由于衬垫采用多软性多孔材料制成，使坐垫更加舒适、透气，风扇通过风道将凉风吹入衬垫，通风性能良好，散热效果好，衬垫可根据需要选材，设置振动装置后可在消除人体由于长时间坐在椅上产生的疲劳。采用该垫芯制成的坐垫舒适性好，尤其是在炎热的夏季，更能发挥其作用。

一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种座椅的配件，特别是涉及一种通风坐垫的内芯。
背景技术
现有坐垫的外罩大多是用皮革或织物面料制成，并采用多层海绵为内芯，这类坐垫通风散热性较差，由于汽车驾驶员或办公室人员需要长时间坐在座椅上，经常是背部及臀部贴紧座椅，导致臀部出汗，舒适性差，特别是在炎热的夏季，时间长了会造成湿疹，引发皮炎等，为此人们采用木珠坐垫、竹片坐垫、亚麻坐垫，这类坐垫虽然具有一定的透气功能，但是通风、散热的效果仍不理想，也有的做法是在坐垫内部增设通风装置，构成通风系统，但是大都结构复杂，成本较高，且舒适性差，使用不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有坐垫通风、散热效果差的问题，提供一种结构简单、舒适性好、通风散热效果好的坐垫内芯。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，包括衬垫，其特征在于：所述衬垫为由软性多孔材料制成的透气垫，所述衬垫上设有具有许多通孔的塑料支撑板，支撑板靠近坐垫和靠背连接处的一边成型有风道，风道内安装有连通电源的风扇，风道位于衬垫的一边设有出风口，支撑板边缘具有包覆衬垫边缘的边框。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下进一步技术方案：
所述风道上表面呈弧形，且该上表面与支撑板注塑成一体。
所述风道内还设有用于人体按摩的振动装置。
所述衬垫采用尼龙三明治材料制成。
所述衬垫采用3D棉材料制成。
所述风扇为两个，安装在风道的左右两侧。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：由于衬垫采用多软性多孔材料制成，使坐垫更加舒适、透气，风扇通过风道将凉风吹入衬垫，通风性能良好，散热效果好，衬垫可根据需要选材，设置振动装置后可在消除人体由于长时间坐在椅上产生的疲劳。采用该垫芯制成的坐垫舒适性好，尤其是在炎热的夏季，更能发挥其作用。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本实用新型一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，包括衬垫1，衬垫1上设有具有许多通孔的塑料支撑板2，支撑板2靠近坐垫和靠背连接处的一边成型有风道3，风道3内安装有连通电源的风扇4，风扇可为两个，安装在风道3的左右两侧，风道3位于衬垫1的一边设有出风口31，即衬垫1的一边位于出风口31，支撑板2边缘具有包覆衬垫边缘的边框5。衬垫1为由软性多孔材料制成的透气垫，可有采用尼龙三明治、3D棉等材料制成。风道3上表面呈弧形，且该上表面与支撑板2注塑成一体。风道3上表面呈弧形的设计贴合于人体的生理结构，使人体感觉更舒适。风道3内还设有用于人体按摩的振动装置6，该振动装置6可带动风道3上表面一起振动，设置振动装置6后可在消除人体由于长时间坐在椅上产生的疲劳。
该坐垫内芯可在靠背椅子的坐垫和靠背垫内各设置一个，风扇和振动装置均位于靠近坐垫和靠背垫连接处，风扇4和振动装置6接通电源后，开始工作，并使凉风从风道3出风口吹入衬垫1内，由于衬垫1是多孔材料制成的，有利于通风，且衬垫的边缘由支撑板边框5包覆，使凉风从衬垫正面吹出，从而达到通风散热的效果。

Claims (6)

1、一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，包括衬垫(1)，其特征在于：所述衬垫(1)为由软性多孔材料制成的透气垫，所述衬垫(1)上设有具有许多通孔的塑料支撑板(2)，支撑板(2)靠近坐垫和靠背连接处的一边成型有风道(3)，风道(3)内安装有连通电源的风扇(4)，风道(3)位于衬垫的一边设有出风口(31)，支撑板(2)边缘具有包覆衬垫边缘的边框(5)。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，其特征在于：所述风道(3)上表面呈弧形，且该上表面与支撑板(2)注塑成一体。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，其特征在于：所述风道(3)内还设有用于人体按摩的振动装置(6)。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，其特征在于：所述衬垫(1)采用尼龙三明治材料制成。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，其特征在于：所述衬垫(1)采用3D棉材料制成。
6、如权利要求1或2所述的一种改进的通风散热型坐垫内芯，其特征在于：所述风扇(4)为两个，安装在风道(3)的左右两侧。
