一种单相、双相焊机无功功率补偿器,包括小型断路器、电流互感器、接触器、补偿电容器。将电焊机焊把线从电流互感器的中心孔穿过,接触器一端与补偿电容器连接,另一端连接焊机的电源,电流互感器的二次接线端子串入接触器的控制线圈形成闭合回路。电焊机工作时二次绕组中会有较大电流通过且可形成磁场,与此同时电流互感器将磁能转化为电能,交流接触器线圈得电后其主触头闭合,将补偿电容器并入三相电源主回路之中,这时电感性负载所需要的无功功率,大部分或全部都是就地供给(由补偿电容器供给),就是说能量的互换现在主要或完全发生在电感性负载与补偿电容器之间,因此使得电焊机的容量能得到充分利用,减少了一次电流,从而达到节能的目的。

本实用新型单相、双相焊机无功功率补偿器,属于一种提高电能利用率减少无功损耗的电气设备。
背景技术
目前市场上单相、双相电焊机因价格低,焊接时技术要求相对简单,所以被很多焊接工程而选用,但这种焊机工作时只利用三相电源中的其中两相或一相,这样就会使这一相或两相电流相对较大,而电源处三相电流自然就不平衡了,另外这种焊机是电感性负载,因此功率因数也相对较低,增大了电源与负载之间的能量互换,电能的利用率较低。电焊机工作时就会有相当一部分电能被浪费掉了。
发明内容
为了提高单相、双相电焊机对电能的利用率,减少电源与负载之间的能量互换,本实用新型实现了焊机工作时能自动补偿无功功率的作用。降低了焊机的一次电流,减少了电能的损耗。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该实用新型包括小型断路器、电流互感器、接触器、补偿电容器。将电焊机焊把线从电流互感器的中心孔穿过,接触器一端与补偿电容器连接,另一端连接焊机的电源,电流互感器的二次接线端子串入接触器的控制线圈形成闭合回路。电焊机工作时二次绕组中会有较大电流通过且可形成磁场,与此同时电流互感器将磁能转化为电能,交流接触器线圈得电后其主触头闭合,将补偿电容器并入三相电源主回路之中,这时电感性负载所需要的无功功率,大部分或全部都是就地供给(由补偿电容器供给),就是说能量的互换现在主要或完全发生在电感性负载与补偿电容器之间,因此使得电焊机的容量能得到充分利用,减少了一次电流,从而达到节能的目的。

具体实施方式
在附图1中,小型断路器1的一端连接三相电源,另一端分别连接电焊机的一次绕组4和交流接触器的主触头2的三个主触头,电焊机的二次绕组5的一端单匝穿过电流互感器6的中心,电流互感器6的二次接线端子与交流接触器控制线圈7串联成闭合回路。

1、一种单相、双相焊机无功功率补偿器,是由小型断路器、补偿电容器、电流互感器、交流接触器、导线按序构成,其特征是电焊机把线从电流互感器的中心孔穿过,接触器一端与补偿电容器连接,另一端连接焊机的电源,电流互感器的二次接线端子串入交流接触器的控制线圈形成闭合回路。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种单相、双相焊机无功功率补偿器,其特征是补偿电容器接成三角形平衡电路。
