一种保温电池柜，包括有柜体、电池组，电池组装于柜体内，柜体壁上有保温隔热层，柜中装有制冷装置，制冷装置包括有制冷片、冷端散热器、热端散热器、冷端风扇、热端风扇、监控模块，冷端风扇与冷端散热器连接、冷端散热器与制冷片冷端连接；热端风扇与热端散热器连接、热端散热器与制冷片热端连接，制冷片与监控模块连接。具有使电池、电池柜本身及室内温度保持恒定或较低温度。使工作环境舒适，可提高电池使用效率、延长电池寿命，半导体制冷片工作时无噪音，是一种节能环保产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池柜，尤其是一种用于通信机房的能保持柜内温度的保温电池柜。
背景技术
为保证外供电源中断时通信设备能正常工作，通信机房均配置有备用电源，这种备用电源一般是电池，目前这些电池没有专门的电池柜放置，当外供电源中断时，通信机房的制冷设备空调也停止了工作，由于机房一般是设置在楼顶或山上，阳光照射和通信设备的运行产生了大量热能，致使通信机房内温度快速上升，而备用电源电池是直接置于通信机房内，在这种高温环境下工作的电池效降低下、缩短了供电时间，长年累月，直接影响了电池寿命，导致电池提前报废，浪费能源且不利于环保。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温电池柜，柜内温度保持恒定或较低的保温电池柜。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括有柜体、电池组，电池组装于柜体内，其特征在于：柜体壁上有保温隔热层，柜中装有制冷装置，所述制冷装置包括有制冷片、冷端散热器、热端散热器、冷端风扇、热端风扇、监控模块，冷端风扇与冷端散热器连接、冷端散热器与制冷片冷端连接；热端风扇与热端散热器连接、热端散热器与制冷片热端连接，制冷片与监控模块连接。所述制冷片是半导体制冷片。当电池柜工作时，制冷片一端制冷、另一端制热，所产生的冷、热量分别通过冷、热端散热器和风扇扩散到周围环境。其中冷端散热器和冷端风扇组成内循环，用于给电池柜内部环境制冷；热端散热器和热端风扇组成外循环，用于向外界环境散热。
本实用新型的有益效果是：使电池、电池柜本身及室内温度保持恒定或较低温度，使工作环境舒适，可提高电池使用效率、延长电池寿命，半导体制冷片工作时无噪音，是一种节能环保产品。

具体实施方式
参见附图，本实用新型包括柜体、电池组，电池组装于柜体内，其特征在于：柜体壁上有保温隔热层1，柜中装有制冷装置3，所述制冷装置3包括有制冷片31、冷端散热器32、热端散热器34、冷端风扇33、热端风扇35和监控模块，冷端风扇33与冷端散热器32连接、冷端散热器32与制冷片31冷端连接；热端风扇35与热端散热器34连接、热端散热器34与制冷片31热端连接，制冷片31与监控模块连接。所述制冷片31是半导体制冷片。
在本实用新型的实施例中，监控模块监控使用DC48V直流电供电，其监控的目标温度设定为30℃时启动，20℃时停止。

1、一种保温电池柜，包括柜体、电池组，电池组装于柜体内，其特征在于：柜体壁上有保温隔热层(1)，柜中装有制冷装置(3)，所述制冷装置(3)包括有制冷片(31)、冷端散热器(32)、热端散热器(34)、冷端风扇(33)、热端风扇(35)和监控模块，冷端风扇(33)与冷端散热器(32)连接、冷端散热器(32)与制冷片(31)冷端连接；热端风扇(35)与热端散热器(34)连接、热端散热器(34)与制冷片(31)热端连接，制冷片(31)与监控模块连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保温电池柜，其特征在于：所述制冷片(31)是半导体制冷片。
