技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电加热器具,具体是一种含有凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘的大功率电磁灶。
背景技术:
现行的电磁加热器具,或称电磁炉,主要由电磁加热装置、炉体以及置于炉体上方的平面台板构成。但是,这种平面结构电磁灶只能对平底锅进行加热,不适应于凹弧形炒锅的加热,更不适合于食堂、餐厅等营业性厨房的大功率炒锅的加热。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有普通电磁炉的特点,提供一种适合于食堂、餐厅等营业性厨房的大功率炒锅加热的电磁灶。
本实用新型,包括支架、外壳、加热线圈和位于加热线圈之上的凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘。
本实用新型,为了提高电磁灶的加热效率,配套设置与凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘相吻合的导磁凹弧形炒锅。
本实用新型,由于托盘采用凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘,以及配套设置与凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘相吻合的导磁凹弧形炒锅,具有热效率高,经久耐用等特点,尤其适合于食堂、餐厅等营业性厨房的大功率炒锅的加热。

参照附图,一种电磁灶,包括支架(4)、外壳(5)、加热线圈(3)、凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘(2)和与凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘相吻合的凹弧形炒锅(1)。支架(4)、外壳(5)和加热线圈(3)以及其控制装置冷却装置与现有技术相同,凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘,采用压延法生产的平板微晶玻璃经烤压结合工艺加工,凹弧形炒锅(1)采用导磁不锈钢材料生产。

1、一种电磁灶,包括支架(4)、外壳(5)、加热线圈(3)和位于加热线圈(3)之上的托盘,其特征在于:所述托盘为凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁灶,其特征在于:在凹弧形微晶玻璃托盘上方,设有与所述微晶玻璃托盘相吻合的凹弧形炒锅(1)。
