Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种防水式LED灯具，其中，灯体由高分子复合聚酯防水材料整体浇注制成，光学透镜的外侧表面设有透明防水层，在灯体的表面设有凹槽，电源、LED光源与光学透镜依次设置于凹槽的内部。本实用新型设计结构合理，可有效的提高光亮效率，达到均匀照射的目的，能够防止灯具漏电，从而延长灯具的使用寿命；另外，由于灯体采用高分子复合聚酯防水材料制成，因而使灯具还具有防水、耐腐蚀与耐紫外线光照的特性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明灯具，尤其是一种防水式LED灯具。
背景技术
目前流行的草坪灯、园林投光景观灯、广场埋地灯、水池景观灯、建筑物轮廓灯均由灯座、灯具、光源、电器、灯盖组成，灯具的基材为金属材料，光源为钠灯、金卤灯、节能灯或LED发光管。然而，由于灯具密封圈的老化、灯具锈蚀、地面积水或灯盖被盗都将导致灯具进水，致使灯具的光源和电器实际使用寿命远达不到其正常的使用寿命，并且有些灯具被安装于行人可直接接触的位置，进水后灯具漏电不仅对供电线路甚至对行人也存在一定的安全隐患。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处，本实用新型提供一种能够防止灯具漏电，从而延长灯具使用寿命的一种防水式LED灯具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种防水式LED灯具，包括灯体、电源、LED光源与光学透镜，所述灯体由防水材料整体浇注制成，所述光学透镜的外侧表面设有透明防水层。
所述灯体的表面设有凹槽，所述电源、LED光源与所述光学透镜依次设置于所述凹槽的内部。
所述LED光源为LED发光板。
所述防水材料为高分子复合聚脂。
所述电源、所述LED光源与所述光学透镜的边缘还设有防水密封罩。
所述灯体的表面还设有固定孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：
本实用新型提供的防水式LED灯具，包括灯体、电源、LED光源与光学透镜，灯体由高分子复合聚脂防水材料整体浇注制成，光学透镜的外侧表面设有透明防水层。在灯体的表面设有凹槽，电源、LED光源与光学透镜依次设置于凹槽的内部。本实用新型设计结构合理，可有效的提高光亮效率，达到均匀照射的目的，能够防止灯具漏电，从而延长灯具使用寿命；另外，由于灯体采用高分子复合聚脂防水材料制成，因而使灯具还具有安全可靠、防水、耐腐蚀与耐紫外线光照的特性。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚的表述本实用新型，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1为本实用新型实施例剖面图，本实用新型提供一种防水式LED灯具，包括灯体1、电源2、LED发光板3与光学透镜4。灯体1由防水材料整体浇注制成，该防水材料为高分子复合聚脂，灯体1的表面设有凹槽6，电源2、LED发光板3与光学透镜4依次设置于凹槽6的内部，在光学透镜4的外侧表面设有透明防水层5。为防止阳光照晒并有利于电器及LED发光板散热，在液态高分子复合聚脂进行浇注成型前，可预先加入防紫外线添加剂与热传导添加剂，从而使灯体具有防水、耐腐蚀与耐紫外线光照的特性。
图2为本实用新型又一实施例剖面图，在灯体1表面的凹槽6与电源2、LED发光板3及光学透镜4之间还设有防水密封罩7，从而进一步提高电源2、LED发光板3与光学透镜4之间在凹槽内部的防水密封效果。
图3为本实用新型另一实施例剖面图，在灯体1的表面还设有固定孔8。灯具通过灯体外侧表面的固定孔及紧固螺钉从而与预留的位置固定连接，只要接通200v的电源即可正常工作。
以上公开的仅为本实用新型的几个具体实施例，但是，本实用新型并非局限于此，任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本实用新型的保护范围。

1、一种防水式LED灯具，包括灯体、电源、LED光源与光学透镜，其特征在于，所述灯体由防水材料整体浇注制成，所述光学透镜的外侧表面设有透明防水层。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种防水式LED灯具，其特征在于，所述灯体的表面设有凹槽，所述电源、所述LED光源与所述光学透镜依次设置于所述凹槽的内部。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种防水式LED灯具，其特征在于，所述LED光源为LED发光板。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种防水式LED灯具，其特征在于，所述防水材料为高分子复合聚脂。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种防水式LED灯具，其特征在于，所述电源、所述LED光源与所述光学透镜的边缘还设有防水密封罩。
6、如权利要求1所述的一种防水式LED灯具，其特征在于，所述灯体的表面还设有固定孔。
