本发明主要用于汽车、地铁、列车、飞机等交通工具等室内照射。
背景技术
随着照明行业的发展,其在安全、实用、节能等技术性能方面要求的提高,对家庭室内阅读、汽车、客车内部照射,用于地铁列车司机室内照明要求也越来越高,希望安全性能得以完善,能源消耗低,照度高。
而现有技术,采用白炽灯泡技术,及大功率发光二极管(LED)等技术,白炽灯泡功耗高,寿命短已不再适应室内阅读、汽车、地铁、列车内部照射等场合的应用,而大部分大功率发光二极管(LED)由于发热、散热性能不佳而影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高效散热的大功率发光二极管阅读灯,提高使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
依据本发明提供的室内照明的设备,包括主体机盒和主体机盒内的焊有高功率发光二极管(LED)的电路板灌装而成,而在高功率发光二极管(LED)基座与灯体之间加装高效率导热材料,从而大大提高了高功率发光二极管(LED)散热效果。
本发明与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果:
由于发明采用高功率发光二极管(LED)基座与灯体之间加装高效率导热材料与铝壳体连接,大大提高了高功率发光二极管(LED)散热效果,提高了使用寿命。同时高功率发光二极管(LED)的电路板灌装在壳体内,大大提高了阅读灯的抗震性能。

如图1所示的一种室内照明的设备,包括主体机盒(1)和主体机盒内的焊有高功率发光二极管(LED)的电路板(3)装配而成,而在高功率发光二极管(LED)基座(2)与灯体之间加装高效率导热材料(3)与铝壳体灌装在一起。

1.一种客车LED阅读灯,其特征在于:由主体机盒(1)和主体机盒内的焊有高功率发光二极管(LED)的驱动电路板(3)装配而成,而在高功率发光二极管(LED)基座(2)与灯体之间加装高效率导热材料(4)与铝壳体灌装而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的客车LED阅读灯,其特征在于上述灯体内设有高效率导热材料(4)为专用紫铜制成的散热器。
