本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由竖杆、挂钩、塑料袋提手、塑料袋组成，其特征在于竖杆上部留有挂钩，塑料袋提手放置在挂钩上，使用中把垃圾放入塑料袋即可，待定时或定量装满垃圾之后把塑料袋提手取出装车运走。
