Abstract

一种货物装载运输中捆绑材料的防磨垫,其主要采用帆布剪裁后缝纫而成,在货物捆绑中,防磨垫通过铁线穿过空心铆钉固定于捆绑器材上,捆绑器材加固时,调节防磨垫位置,调置捆绑器材与货物或车体楞角部位之间。操作简单、安全、省力;在运输过程中,能有效减缓捆绑器材与货物和车体楞角部位在运输过程中产生的摩擦力;适用于各个行业加固、装卸、运输的捆绑材料保护。

背景技术
目前,在我国运输行业当中,对货物装载运输的捆绑加固,都是采用多股铁线及绳索捆绑,绞棒绞绕绷紧的加固方法或专用捆绑加固钢丝绳捆绑,紧固器紧固的加固方法。这种加固方法需捆绑器材与货物或车帮较尖锐处接触,货物及捆绑器材在运输途中受惯性力作用,致使捆绑器材与这些较尖锐部位摩擦,极易失效,造成安全事故。
发明内容
为克服现有捆绑加固方法的缺点和不足,本实用新型提供一种防磨垫,其特点是能有效减小捆绑器材在运输过程中与其它尖锐处的摩擦力,操作简单、经济实用,使用方便、快捷省力、安全可靠。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种货物装载运输的捆绑材料的防磨垫,其特征是:主体通过缝纫线(3)将帆布外层(1)和帆布内层(2)缝纫而成,可通过铁线(5)穿过空心铆钉(4)固定于捆绑器材(6)上使用,主体中部通过帆布内层(2)加厚。其外形可以是方形,圆形,椭圆形及其它多边形。通过防磨垫,将捆绑材料与车帮或货物间的刚性接触变为略带柔性的半刚性接触,从而减缓摩擦,以及摩擦对捆绑材料的损伤,大大提高货物装载运输的安全性。
本实用新型积极有益的效果是,采用帆布缝纫,结构紧凑、成本低,在货物捆绑中,操作简单、劳动强度低;能有效减缓捆绑器材在运输过程中与尖锐部分的惯摩擦,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
在图2所示实施例中,通过铁线(5)穿过空心铆钉(4)将防磨垫固定与捆绑器材(6),当捆绑器材(6)拉紧后,防磨垫被压在捆绑器材(6)与货物、车梆之间,起减缓摩擦的作用。

1.一种货物装载运输的捆绑材料的防磨垫,其特征是:主体通过缝纫线(3)将帆布外层(1)和帆布内层(2)缝纫而成,可通过铁线(5)穿过空心铆钉(4)固定于捆绑器材(6)上使用,主体中部通过帆布内层(2)加厚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防磨垫,其特征是:外形可以是方形,圆形,椭圆形及其它多边形。
