Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种双循环一体联箱,它是由集热箱,集热真空管和尾座盒组成,集热真空管一端连接在尾座盒上,另一端与联箱连接为一体,真空集热管与联箱连接位置为上下排列,双循环联箱其集热箱和下循环管路同在一个箱体之内,中间有聚氨酯发泡层隔热层,外有聚氨酯发泡保温材质。本实用新型结构简单,循环管路短,既减少热能损耗,也解决了冬季防冻、连接管件漏水等很多问题,提高了集热效率。

本实用新型涉及太阳能利用技术领域,具体地说是一种双循环一体联箱。
背景技术
真空管集热器联箱是太阳能真空管热利用系统的重要组成部分,目前现有的普通联箱箱体内只有一个内胆,进出循环口在联箱的两头,使用时还须另加一根循环管道,循环管道保温措施做不好,热损很大,冬季容易结冻,使用起来很繁琐且热效率不高。
发明内容
为解决上述不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种能充分利用太阳能,提高使用效率,使用方便,保温效果好的双循环一体联箱。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:双循环一体联箱,它是由集热箱,集热真空管和尾座盒组成,集热真空管一端连接在尾座盒上,另一端与联箱连接为一体,真空集热管与联箱连接位置为上下排列,双循环联箱其集热箱和下循环管路同在一个箱体之内,中间有聚氨脂发泡层隔热层,外有聚氨脂发泡保温材质。
上述的尾座盒采用金属螺纹丝口,普通真空管采用二次翻边工艺,套有耐高温、抗老化、无毒无味的硅胶密封圈。
本实用新型结构简单,循环管路短,既减少热能损耗,也解决了冬季防冻、连接管件漏水等很多问题,提高了集热效率,安装很方便。

双循环一体联箱,它是由集热箱1,集热真空管3和尾座盒6组成,集热真空管3一端连接在尾座盒6上,另一端与集热箱1连接为一体,真空集热管3与联箱1连接位置为上下排列,双循环联箱其集热箱1和下循环管7同在一个箱体之内,中间有聚氨脂发泡隔热层2。

1、双循环一体联箱,它是由集热箱,集热真空管和尾座盒组成,其特征在于集热真空管一端连接在尾座盒上,另一端与联箱连接为一体,真空集热管与联箱连接位置为上下排列。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双循环一体联箱,其特征在于所述的集热箱和下循环管路同在一个箱体之内,中间有聚氨脂发泡隔热层,外有聚氨脂发泡保温材质。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双循环一体联箱,其特征在于所述的尾座盒采用金属螺纹丝口,具有耐高温、抗老化、无毒无味的硅胶密封圈。
