Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上的导电端子以及安装于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述电连接器设有收容腔,所述绝缘本体设有用以收容导电端子的端子收容孔,所述导电端子包括暴露于收容腔内的接触部、沿前后方向延伸且固持于端子收容孔内的固持部以及自固持部延伸的后端部,所述后端部包括偏移部及沿前后方向延伸的焊接部,所述相邻焊接部之间的间距大于对应相邻接触部之间的间距,所述偏移部与固持部位于不同的平面,如此设置,所述导电端子易于安装至绝缘本体上。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型提供了一种电连接器,尤指一种具有改良结构导电端子的电连接器。
【背景技术】
与本实用新型相关的现有技术请参阅2007年5月10日公开的日本特开2007-115707号专利,该专利公开了一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上的导电端子。所述绝缘本体设有若干端子收容孔。所述导电端子包括收容于绝缘本体端子收容孔内的第一部分以及自第一部分垂直延伸并延伸出端子收容孔的第二部分。所述第一部分设有用以固持到绝缘本体上的固持部、自固持部一端延伸的用以与对接插头接触的平板状接触部及自固持部另一端延伸的向着电连接器两侧依次倾斜弯折的偏移部,所述第二部分末端设有用以焊接到电路板的焊接部。由于所述偏移部是设于第一部分上,所述偏移部与固持部位于同一平面内且位于固持部的后方,从而影响相应设备将固持部推入端子收容孔内,组装不便。
因此,有必要设计一种可克服上述缺陷的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种导电端子易于组装的电连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上的导电端子以及安装于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述电连接器设有收容腔,所述绝缘本体设有用以收容导电端子的端子收容孔,所述导电端子包括暴露于收容腔内的接触部、沿前后方向延伸且固持于端子收容孔内的固持部以及自固持部延伸的后端部,所述后端部包括偏移部及沿前后方向延伸的焊接部,所述相邻焊接部之间的间距大于对应相邻接触部之间的间距,所述偏移部与固持部位于不同的平面。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过使导电端子的固持部与偏移部位于不同的平面上,当导电端子安装到绝缘本体的端子收容孔内时,所述偏移部不会阻挡相应设备将固持部推入端子收容孔。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图9所示,本实用新型揭示了一种电连接器100,所述电连接器100自前向后凹设有用以收容对接插头(未图示)的收容腔101。所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、安装于绝缘本体1上的导电端子2、用以定位导电端子2的定位座3以及包覆于绝缘本体1上的遮蔽壳体4。
请参阅图1至图5所示,所述绝缘本体1包括大致呈长方体型的主体部10以及自主体部10向前延伸入收容腔101内的舌板11。所述主体部10包括前端面102、与前端面102相对的后端面103以及两排自前向后延伸并贯穿前、后端面102、103的端子收容孔104。所述主体部10还包括自后端面103向内凹陷的凹陷腔1030。所述舌板11是自主体部10前端面102中部向前呈阶梯状延伸而成,所述舌板11包括平板状的平板部110以及自平板部110两端向下垂直延伸的延伸壁113。所述平板部110包括上表面111以及与上表面111相对之下表面112,所述延伸壁113是凸伸出下表面112且呈前后方向延伸。如此设置,可防止对接插头反插。所述端子收容孔104呈上、下两排设置并分别自主体部10进一步延伸至平板部110的上、下表面111、112上。
请参阅图4至图5所示,在本实施方式中,所述导电端子2均为扁平状端子,且呈上、下两排依次横向排开。所述导电端子2包括前端部20以及自前端部20弯折延伸而成的后端部21。所述前端部20大致为沿电连接器100前后方向延伸的直条状,所述前端部20包括平板状接触部201以及自接触部201向后延伸并固持于主体部10端子收容孔104内的固持部202。所述接触部201收容于舌板11上、下表面111、112上的端子收容孔104内且暴露于收容腔101内的。所述固持部202设有向两侧延伸的三角形状的倒刺2020,所述倒刺2020可卡持于主体部10端子收容孔104内。所述后端部21包括自前端部20后端向外弯折延伸而成的让位部22以及自让位部22进一步向后弯折延伸的尾部23。所述让位部22收容于所述主体部10后端的凹陷腔1030内。所述尾部23末端设有沿电连接器100前后方向延伸的焊接部231以及位于焊接部231与让位部22之间的偏移部230。位于同一排的导电端子2的偏移部230是由中部向两侧依次偏移的,且偏移的斜率是由中向外侧逐步扩大,如此设置,可使所述相邻焊接部231之间的间距大于对应相邻接触部201之间的间距,防止所述焊接部231间距过小而在电连接器100焊接至相应电路板(未图示)的过程中出现连焊的现象。由于所述导电端子2的尾部23与固持部202之间设有一个使导电端子2呈阶梯状的让位部22,如此设置,可使相应设备(未图示)不会受到偏移部230的阻挡而抵持在倒刺2020的后方,如此所述设备可顺利将导电端子2推入端子收容孔104内。所述每排导电端子2的让位部22均是向着远离另一排导电端子2的方向延伸,如此设置,可使扩大所述焊接部231排与排之间的间距,防止焊接部231间距过小而发生连焊。
请参阅图2与图3所示,所述定位座3抵接于绝缘本体1后端面103上用以定位导电端子2的焊接部231。所述定位座3大致呈长方体状,包括前表面31以及与前表面31相对之后表面32。所述定位座3包括呈上、下两排排布且贯穿前、后表面31、32的定位孔311以及自前表面向内凹陷的两个长型腔310,所述长型腔310为上、下排布且分别与上、下两排定位孔311相连通。如此设置,在本实施方式中,当导电端子2的焊接部231固持于定位孔311内时,所述导电端子2对应的偏移部230可收容于所述长型腔310内。
请参阅图1至图5所示,所述遮蔽壳体4包覆于绝缘本体1的外侧,所述遮蔽壳体4包括顶壁41、与顶壁41相对的底壁42以及位于顶壁41与底壁42之间的侧壁。所述侧壁包括第一侧壁43及第二侧壁44。所述遮蔽壳体4还包括连接第一侧壁43及底壁42的倾斜设置的倾斜壁45,如此设置,可使所述收容腔101为一不对称空间,防止对接插头反插。所述顶壁41、底壁42及侧壁均设有向收容腔101内弯折延伸的用以夹持对接插头的弹片46,所述侧壁均设有向后进一步延伸的用以固持相应电路板的固持脚47。
请参阅图6至图9所示,本实用新型电连接器100除了第一实施方式,还有第二实施方式同样可以达到预期目的,第一实施方式中的电连接器100与第二实施方式中的电连接器100’结构大部分相同,两种实施方式的主要区别在于:第一种实施方式中所述偏移部230是设于导电端子2的尾部23上,而第二种实施方式中,所述偏移部230’是设于导电端子2’的让位部22’上。如此设置,所述偏移部230’与固持部202’同样不位于同一平面,可使相应设备不会受到偏移部230’的阻挡而抵持倒刺2020’的后方将导电端子2’推入端子收容孔104’内。
综上所述,所述导电端子2、2’的后端部21上设有依次由中向外增大斜率偏移的偏移部230、230’,使所述相邻焊接部231之间的间距大于对应相邻接触部201之间的间距。且所述偏移部230、230’与固持部202、202’不位于同一平面内,当导电端子2在安装过程中,相应设备不会受到偏移部230、230’的阻挡而无法抵持到倒刺2020、2020’的后方,从而将导电端子2、2’推入端子收容孔104、104’内。如此设置,结构简单,组装方便。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体上的导电端子以及安装于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述电连接器设有收容腔,所述绝缘本体设有用以收容导电端子的端子收容孔,所述导电端子包括暴露于收容腔内的接触部、沿前后方向延伸且固持于端子收容孔内的固持部以及自固持部延伸的后端部,所述后端部包括偏移部及沿前后方向延伸的焊接部,所述相邻焊接部之间的间距大于对应相邻接触部之间的间距,其特征在于:所述偏移部与固持部位于不同的平面。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括前端部,所述接触部与固持部位于前端部上,且所述固持部与接触部位于同一平面内,所述固持部设有向两侧延伸的用以与绝缘本体固定的倒刺。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的后端部包括自固持部弯折延伸的让位部以及自让位部弯折延伸的尾部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部所在的平面平行于尾部所在的平面。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述偏移部设于尾部上,且所述偏移部位于让位部与焊接部之间。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述偏移部设于让位部上。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子为上下两排平行设置,所述每排导电端子的让位部是向着远离另一排导电端子的方向弯折延伸而成的。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括位于收容腔内的舌板,所述舌板设有上、下表面,所述端子收容孔延伸至舌板上、下表面上,所述接触部为平板状且收容于舌板上、下表面上的端子收容孔内。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述舌板包括平板部及自平板部两侧垂直延伸的延伸壁,所述遮蔽壳体设有顶壁、底壁以及位于顶壁、底壁之间的侧壁,所述收容腔位于顶壁、底壁及侧壁之间,所述侧壁与底壁之间还设有倾斜设置的倾斜壁。
10.如权利要求1至9中任意一项的所述电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子与绝缘本体是分开成型后组装在一起的。
