框架式钢材集装箱，多年来，我国铁路上运输带钢卷主要通过敞车运输，因带钢卷宽度比较小，单件自重比较大，平放到敞车上只需码放2～3层，占用容积比较小，因此用敞车运输存在运能浪费现象。本实用新型包括：底架(1)，所述的底架(1)上装有侧墙框(2)和端墙(7)，所述的底架(1)的端部装有桩脚(6)，所述的底架(1)设有活动螺栓(3)，所述的侧墙框(2)中部设有纵向花篮螺栓(4)和横向花篮螺栓(5)。本实用新型应用于敞车运输。

本实用新型涉及一种用于钢材(带钢卷)的铁路运输框架式钢材集装箱。
背景技术：
多年来，我国铁路上运输带钢卷主要通过敞车运输，因带钢卷宽度比较小，单件自重比较大，平放到敞车上只需码放2～3层，占用容积比较小，因此用敞车运输存在运能浪费现象。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作简便、运输效率高的框架式钢材集装箱。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
框架式钢材集装箱，其包括：底架，所述的底架上装有侧墙框和端墙，所述的底架的端部装有桩脚，所述的底架设有活动螺栓，所述的侧墙框中部设有纵向花篮螺栓和横向花篮螺栓。
所述的框架式钢材集装箱，所述的底架、侧墙框和端墙均为两箱分体式结构，两箱成对与N17系列平车配合使用。
所述的框架式钢材集装箱，所述的桩脚分别插入N17系列平车端部的柱插中，所述的活动螺栓插入N17系列平车的柱插中，所述的纵向花篮螺栓、横向花篮螺栓与两活动箱体连接。
本实用新型的有益效果：
1.本产品是为了满足钢材(带钢卷)的铁路运输安全需要，本实用新型采用底架承载结构、花篮螺栓连接结构、活动螺栓垂直紧固及底架桩脚纵向定位，有效地利用了运输空间。
2.本实用新型具有装卸操作简便、运输效率高特点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的框架式钢材集装箱，其特征是：所述的底架、侧墙框和端墙均为两箱分体式结构，两箱成对与N17系列平车配合使用。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的框架式钢材集装箱，其特征是：所述的桩脚分别插入N17系列平车端部的柱插中，所述的活动螺栓插入N17系列平车的柱插中，所述的纵向花篮螺栓、横向花篮螺栓与两活动箱体连接。
