背景技术
在精神科的临床护理工作中，常会遇到兴奋、狂躁的精神病患者，他们不能配合医务人员的治疗，有时还会冲动伤人、毁物、自杀、自残等，对于这种类型的患者，临床上多采用保护性约束，以保证功能位、无损伤、减少患者痛苦为原则。目前临床上多采用四肢肩部约束法，这种约束法缺点是患者持续采取仰卧位，患者容易疲劳，由于患者极欲挣脱约束，容易对被约束肢体造成伤害，长期的捆绑式约束影响肢体末梢血液循环，甚至于输液时易造成液体渗漏。有的采用床单加固法或膝部约束来固定患者的躯体或臀部，但为了预防压疮的发生，每1-2小时需要给患者翻身一次，更换体位后这些约束固定困难且效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型克服上述技术上的不足，提供一种操作使用方便，患者安全舒适、便于更换体位的精神病患者躯体约束器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：精神病患者躯体约束器，主体采用粉红色帆布剪成背心的样式，分前后两片，前片为护胸，后片为护背，护胸、护背肩部相连，中间设有领口，两侧分开，在护胸的两侧，分别设有两个宽3-5cm的三角形扣鼻，护背的两侧分别设有两条宽约3-5cm、长130cm的约束带。
使用方法：将本实用新型通过领口从患者头部套上，然后托起患者背部把护背展平并与护胸对齐，把护背两侧的约束带分别从护胸两侧的扣鼻中穿出后固定于两侧的床沿上。根据体位的不同可以随意摆放四肢，以尽量保持功能位置。
本实用新型有以下优点：(1)人性化设计。采用粉红色材料制成，粉红色是温柔色，发怒的人看到粉红色，情绪会很快冷静下来，因粉红色能使人的肾上腺激素分泌减少，从而使情绪趋于稳定；(2)此约束具穿戴方便、快捷，尤其适用于不能接受约束性保护的患者；(3)解决了躯体固定效果差的问题，避免了因躯体活动度大而造成的局部皮肤的擦伤、磨损、肢体末梢血运障碍等意外；(4)更换体位特别方便，平卧位、坐位、侧卧位、甚至于仰卧位均可起到好的固定效果；(5)取材方便，费用低廉，便于清洗消毒。
